My engine was leaking coolant into the pistons and rumbling when it started. After running diagnostics, Dennis called to say it was "the worst scenario" as the head gasket needed replaced. Dennis explained everything and answered my questions. The tech who started the job was absent the second day. Because of the delay, Lia gave me a car to drive. Every step Dennis communicated with me and answered my questions. The staff is totally professional and focused on customer satisfaction.

The salseman Harry was very nice and straight up with us. No games. The only bad thing i have to say is about how long it took to finalize the sale. I went in check in hand and it took over two hours before i walked out of there. We were left waiting for two hours being told that it was because of the paperwork. I have never experienced this when ive bought a car before and have never heard of that happening to anyone else. Besides that the experience was 10 out of 10

Let me start by saying these people are crooks they gave us a quote of $1,500 and $1,600 that included taxes too want to pick up the car they told us it's going to cost $2,036.13 so we asked what happened to the estimate of $1,500 to $1,600 you call this morning and tell us it's going to cost $15 and $1,600 They said they never called and never said that so how did you get the authorization to go ahead with the work then and just crooks lies never go back there again with my two cars
