DealerRaterI have been buying vehicles for more than 30 years, and Christopher Whiteside, the Sales Manager at Lia Honda of Kingston, was by far one of the best automotive professionals I have ever worked with. From beginning to end, Chris listened to us, understood what we were looking for, and truly consulted with us instead of simply trying to sell us a vehicle. He handled the entire process with finesse, professionalism, patience, and genuine empathy. His communication was exceptional, he followed through on every commitment he made, and the deal we agreed to was exactly the deal he stood behind. We also really appreciated Lia Honda of Kingston’s sales process. Chris personally handled our financing rather than passing us off to a separate finance department, which made the experience much more comfortable and seamless. He explained everything clearly and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Our salesperson, Wesley Carter, was newer to the sales team, and I was equally impressed with how Chris supported and assisted him throughout our purchase. They worked together perfectly and made us feel like we were being taken care of by an entire team. What impressed me even more was that Chris’s involvement didn’t stop once the paperwork was signed\. He personally showed us the service department, explained how to bring our vehicle in for future service, went over how to operate and enjoy our new car, and made sure we understood all of the benefits that come with buying from Lia. It is rare to find this level of communication, accountability, professionalism, and genuine customer care in the car business. After more than three decades of purchasing vehicles, I can confidently say this was one of the best buying experiences I’ve ever had. I will absolutely recommend Chris, Wesley, and Lia Honda of Kingston, NY to anyone looking for their next vehicle. They earned our business and, more importantly, our trust. DealerRaterThis is the 3rd time Ive been in to Lia, two leases and just turned my lease over to buy. Ive never left unhappy or feeling like I didn't get the car I wanted. I went in to this experience really nervous and stressed over what I was going to do with my lease once it was almost up, I wasn't In an ideal situation because of my mileage but Darian did what he could to get me the best deal and make sure I left happy. I will Always recommend Darian Mccargo-Johnson, always a pleasure doing business with him.

The transaction was through e-mail and a couple of phone calls. The vehicle was prepped, and we drove it home in less than 48 Hrs. It should be noted, after a dozen new car purchases over the years Nicole was the most honest and upfront salesperson, we ever delt with. we are looking forward to working with Nicole again.

DealerRaterNicole was very helpful in helping me get approved and taking the car home the same day. I did want a Honda SUV as I was trading in a Honda coupe but needed biggger for church reasons. She was able to put me in a Toyota sedan.

He was knowledgeable one pleasant. Spent a few more days looking at various dealers etc and doing our research. Went back a few days later - little more chatting and we agreed to purchase a new Accord SE. negotiated details and oils have driven off lot that afternoon- we had a few thing going on so we picked up a few days later

Most importantly Susan Kelly has been outstanding as far as pretty close estimate of time. Susan is also very friendly and personable, a real asset to Lia Honda. Will be back for years to come. DealerRaterThis is the only dealership I have ever used to service my vehicle because I feel they offer enough coupons to keep the cost down. The second reason I continue to use this dealership is because I love the waiting area. It is spotless, offers complimentary tea/coffee, and has plenty of room to spread out. They have outlets to charge my devices while I wait for longer services and the staff is so friendly. I love Jennifer Sedore! She told me how long I'd wait and she was spot on! She also offered suggestions for products that were helpful. And...I love the car wash at the end! I'll be back for the next scheduled service.
