Cars.comThis dealership is on a very poor level of customer service. They advertise car rental, have open hours on their website but can’t commit to working during open hours in order for customers to rent a vehicle. Why would the automatic operator say that the phone line is busy when the worker hasn’t even arrived to work or isn’t strictly require to work. I had to call the Service department only need to be told that she may not arrive or if she does it won’t be till 830. I called at 7:30. I have been calling for two days straight. Left an email no call back. The line always appears to be busy for the car rental service and now I know why because the worker chooses not to answer or isn’t there during open hours. I am also interested in purchasing a car either Toyota or Honda but after this dealership, I’m going with Toyota.

Cars.comNothing but liars They quoted us $1,300 for an oil change spark plug gasket valve adjustment cool exchange we dropped it off told them let's do the tires too or four they said no problem they even have coupons for us that was great thank you went to pick up the car $2,100 when they call us in the morning they told us us $1,600 what the tires and everything we discuss with all the discounts too we said that's awesome great how did it go from 1300 to 2100 just by adding the tires and no discount and by the way they never did the oil change these people look so miserable reflects their attitude towards their customers
