Lia has the best service staff, but Sue Kelly and John ODonnell are the ancestors to all my cars. And Im now on my forth with them. Sue looks beyond the car insuring my emotions are intact! And John cares for the hardware and mechanicals to keep me safe on the road. They are my go-tos when its time for service or theyll fit me in on emergency. Definitely family after 3+ decades

We were in the market for a new vehicle, and went to multiple places looking for suitable options. We came across Luther, he was a pleasant gentleman, and took the time needed to show us every vehicle of interest. We eventually left undecided and waiting for insurance reimbursements. To begin, I wanted a Honda CRV because its seats were the perfect fit compared to the Subaru Forrester and Nissan Rogue comparisons. And since Kingston Honda was where I purchased my previous standard transmission Civic SI Hatchback (1990) and Accord EX (1996), Lia was the dealer where Id buy my first 4WD automatic. Lias sales associate, Nicole Leader, made all the difference when she spent hours helping me understand my needs. From judging my discomfort sitting in a gray CRV that was just too big, to finding my perfect proportional fit in a Honda HR-V, her job truly morphed from match-maker to shrink to professor when I became totally overwhelmed by all the newest features I never knew I needed. Nicole was supremely patient, kind and understanding as I slowly progressed from morning angst to afternoon euphoria! Thanks to Nicole, I am so lucky to finally own a new car that fulfills both my personality and all my needs - its safe to drive and riotously red with a kayak roof rack. This is the beginning of a wonderful new relationship. Im in love with my car.
