But Harry really took the time to explain everything and he answered each and every one of my questions (and i probably had 1000) I’m very thankful I got him as my salesperson. I’m seriously in love with my ‘25 Civic sport 😍 I would definitely recommend Lia Honda & Harry!!

FacebookMy husband and I purchased our 2023 Honda Pilot on August 2. The sale went seamlessly with Kenny. However, we were from out of state and were told the title department would send the title and paperwork to our state, our state would send them the license plate, and they would overnight it to us. It is October 11 and our state has still not received any paperwork. We’ve have contacted the dealership and have been told many lies. They have blamed it on our tag office. If you are from out of state I would NOT recommend Lia of Kingston.

They are focused on great customer service. You can also do work with their free wifi while you wait. Free car wash after was a bonus!😊

I was in and out quickly with all the information needed to make an informed decision. Not to mention Dennis truly cared about helping us choose the best option possible not just making the sale. I can’t recommend Honda and Dennis enough!

FacebookI love Honda and have not had any problems that they couldn’t handle on my ‘07. Yes, my ‘07 has hardly had any problems. It runs like a new car. This is my 3rd Honda. I especially am thankful for Susan Kelly. Her smiling face and wonderful personality is always there to greet me. She knows everything about the business. I actually thought she was in charge. When I asked her last week she said “No.” I actually thought she owned the dealership since she is so knowledgeable. Thank you so much Susan Kelly!

FacebookI wouldn't have my 2006 Honda Accord serviced anywhere else. The service here is fabulous and the prices are fair. I especially appreciate the attention and consideration of Jared Stoutenburg who is always so helpful, honest and generous. I'll never forget the day he quickly diagnosed and fixed the bizarre scraping sound my car was making every time I turned to the right. He rode with me around the parking lot, heard the sound, had me stop, and got out. He went over to the right front wheel and did some kind of voodoo magic, and voila! The sound was gone. No charge. This is why I wouldn't think of getting my car serviced anywhere else. My friends tell me, "Oh, don't go to the dealership! They'll price gouge you!" That's simply not true. And I'd rather go to people I trust, people like Jared who actually wants to deliver great service and do so every time.

She will remind me when my car needs service and if there are any items that need immediate attention. It's a plus to have hard working service people who care about the customer. FacebookThey are the worst dealer I have ever dealt with, it started in 2019 when we leased our third CRV, after we paid all the money and pick the car up they called my wife and started berating her on the phone to make another payment which we know we didn’t have to do and was not going to do, the finance manager at the time was very belligerent with her I finally got on the phone and told him that I will get back to him when I get back from vacation because we were leaving to go. And we called our bank to find out what happened they told us point-blank that the dealer did not make the payments in time and that they had to make another payment, this was clearly a dealer issue that they tried to put on us. Ever since then we have brought our car there to be serviced every time I have gone there they have tried to sell me a $500 service when all I Needed was a regular oil change, even one time they tried to sell me air filter and cabin filter even though I personally change them in the car myself two months earlier, they were telling me they were bad. This dealer has soured us on Honda.

Everyone I came into contact with was courteous and went out of their way to help me. My certified sales consultant Dennis Crowley was absolutely the best I have experienced. He is personable, extremely knowledgeable and pays attention to detail. Dennis is truely there for the customer throughout the entire process. Sales manager Curtis Knight is also a good guy and willing to work with you. Despite the current market conditions, my experience at Lia has me believing that there are still good deals to be made.

If I want a Honda I wouldn’t go anywhere else; since day one that facility is state of the art, clean, friendly and beyond professional. That dealership embodies the personality of Matt Panaro who is runs this dealership like a well oiled machine. I’ve had nothing but a great experience from the meet and greet to the final signing of paperwork. I highly recommend purchasing from Lia Honda.

Even though we did not have any kind of appointment in advance, Rob took us in and got us the missing part on the spot. We could not have been happier with our experience with him and his team.

Everyone is friendly, the appointments are easily scheduled and the service is well done and thorough. The service area is clean, organized and welcoming. There are several staff that I have dealt with and they have all been courteous and helpful. Rob Munson is the Lia Honda service specialist the I deal with the most. He is a great communicator, thoroughly explaining the work to be done. He is knowledgeable and clear about my service options. I feel very satisfied with Lia Honda because of folks like Rob Munson.
