Excellent customer service I have been a customer for more years than I can remember…getting up there in age. Anyway the thing that always makes me feel like I matter more than just a person to sell or lease to is probably the follow ups from the service people.… That’s not common in most service/customer interactions I experience. It’s strange in a way as excellent customer use to be the norm everywhere and these days…not so much. Every time I leave this dealership I feel a little bit taller.

Josephine Calabro my Lia service advisor kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. However, more time would be needed to find the engine light warning problem. Josephine, was able to provide me with a ride home (outside of the City of Albany). My car was fixed by the end of the day. So thank you Josephine, my day was not wasted.

A week after we set up this lease, my wife was involved in an accident where the vehicle had to be totaled out. Luckily, as it seems, insurance has covered everything, and everyone involved was not injured. The following week we were back at Lia Hyundai to get yet another Hyundai Palisade (this time we went with white). We are very satisfied with the vehicle and the service we received both times.
