I recently purchased a pre-owned Prius from Lia. The entire experience was outstanding from first contact to driving off the lot. Brent Livingston was instrumental in that experience. When I first met Brent I mentioned that I had done my research, was looking for a specific car, and did not want to take too long to drive it away. He ensured the process was swift and efficient from test driving, working with my insurance, swapping plates from my other vehicle, to working with the other folks at Lia and my bank to get financing in place. He even spread the work over two evenings at my request. All totaled it might have taken 90 minutes of my time at the dealership. Props to Brent!

My husband and I went into Lia Toyota about a month before we leased our car and met with Tom Pottenburgh. He was extremely helpful then and when we decided to go in to look at a car in May, we gave him a call and he was just as helpful. Tom set me up to test drive a Camry. He was not at all pushy, in fact was surprised when I said that I wanted to start the paperwork right then and there. He knew that I didn't want to be pushed and he thought I was just going to go home to talk to my husband about it. Tom stayed late that night in order to make sure I was able to ride out of there THAT NIGHT with my brand new car, cancelling an appointment previously made. Tom went completely out of his way to make sure I was happy with my new car. Before my husband and I drove away, he even brought us over to the Service Department to show me where I would be bringing my car for it's oil changes and service. Lia staff is always courteous and efficient. I recently had to have another key programmed to my vehicle. Richard Gruber took care of the programming. He was very helpful. He got the key within a day or two and had us in within another day to get it done. This is my second car from Lia. I couldn't be more satisfied with the purchasing and the service experience.
