EdmundsHaving booked an appointment on line when I got to the dealership it was the wrong date. The service rep Jared Cain went the extra mile to have my car serviced that day. He offered to uber me home or to an appointment that I had in the area. He was extremely accommodating and was very helpful dealing with this situation.

EdmundsMadison Demarco was very helpful when I brought my car in for service. She had my records and could look up when last I had service done on my car. She helped me choose which service I could do that day, and which ones I could take care of at a later date.

EdmundsWhen I brought in my new Grand Highlander for my 5K service, I shared to Art Palazzolo (my amazing Service Advisor) that my car had a weird shifting event at 10 MPH. Art had them check it out and quickly determined I needed a software update. It was amazing how it completely fixed my car. I love my car even more now!

EdmundsI had my car in for its 35000 mile service and Richard Grugan caught that I was due for the coolant service. There had been some confusion about which was the tranny or coolant service at my last visit. I love my Rav4 but Toyota's descriptions of fluid services for hybrids is horrible. Transmission service with hybrid and Coolant service with hybrid it would work out better. But thanks to Richard both are now done.

EdmundsI worked with Justin Cole to get my car back from n the road. I already knew the computer either needed to be repaired or replaced. Upon inspection two other significant issues were found. Justin explained to me what each job entailed, the costs involved. I had many questions, he was polite answering my concerns, and then flexible as I decided my course of action. Once we had a game plan Justin was helpful in getting the computer repair started and completed and scheduling the next appointment.

He was a mechanic and taught me to always look at the problem before authorizing the work. I would have to describe what it looked like to him over the phone!
