Everybody that I met in the service department was very nice. Very funny very kind and I would do business with them again. Had my first oil change since I leased my BMW in December. Was a little nervous because my Son spearheaded me getting a reliable vehicle since the passing of his father. I live here in Florida and he lives in Georgia the car was purchased in GA. So I did not know what to expect. I was relieved because Craig Johnson was great explained everything and put me at ease. Also the young man who helped me with a loaner was very polite I think his name is Sam. Lastly Ashlynn, I think, is very knowledgeable on how BMWs and how they work. She gave me some helpful suggestions on what to do and what not to do as far as the vehicle is concerned. She was very tactful and polite about it and I appreciated that the overall experience turned out great. Lastly whoever detailed my car made it look like brand new again 😊

The advisors are wonderful. Unfortunately, my car was there for a month! I'm not sure if it's the way Land Rover corporation warranty repairs or what the issue is, but it's absolutely ridiculous for a customer to be without his luxury car for a month while a repair is happening. Car only has 15,000 miles. Love the people, hate the process.

I live in Oregon but found a car I really liked at this dealership. I was connected with Connor, who was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions, took a separate video of the car for me, and even helped coordinate getting it to another location for a pre-purchase inspection. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and Connor also arranged shipping to Oregon, which made buying a car from across the country surprisingly easy. Even though I don't live in Florida, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership or Connor to anyone looking for a vehicle there. I had a great experience and really appreciated how easy they made the entire process.

I have dealt with many dealers over the years. There aren’t many that I would actually recommend, but I do recommend BMW of Tallahassee. Kevin Commissiong in sales is amazing! I don’t’ even know how many questions I asked him, but he was always quick to respond and very knowledgeable. I really appreciated the amount of time and effort Kevin spent with me helping me to make a decision then explaining the process once the decision was made. He gave options, but was never pushy. Pressure to buy and add more options is the quickest way to get me to walk. That was never an issue with Kevin. If you want to buy a car go ask for Kevin. He went above and beyond for me and he will for you too!

Purchased a used 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit Reserve from Ben, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Didn't like the fact that my vehicle needed service in which my extended warranty approved the repair, however BMW only use there parts which now cost me a customer to paid the parts difference which is almost $1000 out of pocket is ridiculous when my warranty has approved the repair and there OME parts to be use. I was charged $199 diagnostic fee because I had my vehicle removed and didn't have the repairs done. I just spend almost $5000 at BMW just in March of this year with a slimar issue.
