DealerRaterWe have purchased two cars from them and will again. Jessica is sunshine to our day when we drive in. We hit metal on the interstate 80 miles from Tallahassee. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and never once made me feel like I was being pushed into a decision. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and genuinely wanted me to feel confident in my purchase—even if that meant checking out other dealerships first. What really impressed me was that he reached out after the purchase to make sure everything was going well. That level of care says a lot about the kind of person he is. The rest of the team was just as welcoming and made the whole experience a pleasure. If you’re in the market for a BMW, definitely ask for George—you’ll be in great hands. DealerRaterI recently visited BMW of Tallahassee while searching for a 2026 BMW X7. Although I ultimately did not purchase a vehicle there, I wanted to commend Kevin Commisiong, my sales advisor. Kevin was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely no-pressure throughout my visit. He answered all my questions thoroughly and made the experience of looking at cars very comfortable and pleasant. His professionalism and respectful approach were truly appreciated. The only reason for not purchasing at this time was that the selection of 2026 BMW X7 models on the lot was limited, which didn't quite match what I was looking for. However, Kevin's outstanding customer service is definitely worth noting. I would highly recommend seeking out Kevin Commisiong if you visit BMW of Tallahassee.

DealerRaterI must say Harvey is truly the man when it comes to customer service and supplying others with informative knowledge and comfort about cars. Although I had a slight idea of what I wanted, he helped me fully envision not only what I wanted, but what was best for me. He always and forever will be my go to salesman because it felt more like a ig brother givomg me the hookup. In fact, I’d even go as far to call him my plug. I’d advise any new or experienced car buyers to go through him because he is extremely honest and keeps it real with his customers. He speaks as though he’s not even making a sale, and he will shop with you if areas of just showing things and convincing you to get it. Is almost as if he was shopping for himself. Great guy 10/10.

DealerRaterHarvey worked for direct auto exchange don't know when he wound up here but he is a crook and will try to sell you a car you don't even want or need for a very high price and lie to you the whole way through the deal all up until he gets your signature. I would not recommend anyone do business with this man and I hope his new employer sees this and someone makes him answer to his wrongdoings I would shop anywhere where he is working stay clear

The delivery was delayed due to a recall. I was disappointed in BMW at the company level with the delay. However, Kevin kept me informed. I recommend working with Kevin at Tallahassee BMW.
