We had a flat tire while on I-10. Have tire insurance. Dropped car off on a Saturday morning very early. Special wide tire not in stock, located it and 4 hours later, back on road.

I drove down to test drive a late model BMW about 2 weeks ago and was greeted very professionally by my assigned Executive Client Advisor, Conner Stroud. He was very knowledgeable and personable. We were sure we wanted to move forward with this purchase after consulting with the Financial Services Manager and agreed on the documentation required to take the car home that day. After spending 2 hours more than I anticipated, the documentation requirements changed after my sales consultant had to leave and I was handed off to Jeremy Christoph, the Pre-owned Sales Manager, who informed me that the Financial Services Manager wanted the car paid in full before leaving and no longer was my USAA preapproval and my $10,000.00 deposit to hold the car until after Christmas, good enough. I wanted the car so bad, I was tempted to just pay for it in full, however, things happen for a reason kids! I like dealing with 100% transparency, but when you change the rules more than halfway through the game, that is now considered "pressure sales" and not acceptable in my world. Good news! While I was spending Christmas with my family, I found a newer BMW, still under the manufacturer's warranty that I fell in love with and bought, took delivery January 3rd. I'm so happy the Financial Services Manager refused my $10,000 deposit!!! THANK YOU, Michael Johnson!!!

Brought my vehicle in for a service check. Ian Wyre was my service advisor. There was an issue with the service details and though I was in disagreement with what the manager suggested, Mr. Wyre was fair, made it right, and took care of me. Wonderful experience and I am grateful for the excellent customer service provided by Mr. Wyre - these stars are due to the service he provided! From my perspective, the jury is still out regarding the manager! Love that this dealership provides real-time digital progress regarding the service being done. Notably, love the waiting lounge as well; great all-around service!

We had a wonderful shopping experience the past two weekends at the Mercedes-BMW dealership. Jeremiah and Jeremy were super informative, had great follow up, and we're on top of their game. Very happy with both of them!

This is the worst dealership that I have ever bought a car from. I bought (paid cash) brand new 2015 428i BMW from this dealership. Paid for the wheel and tire insurance and all. They were all nice and everything when I handed over my hard earned money, but when things started to go wrong, they became rude. First the tire and wheel package that they sold me was bogus and didn't apply to the wheels that were on my car. They double charged me for the XM radio, the car came with it. They refused to give me the original wheels and tires that came on the car. I didn't have the car a year, before the power/drive train warning message appeared and the car stalled in the middle of traffic. The car had to be towed from Georgia to Florida and the sales manager was rude along with the salesman who sold me the car. I was told that they did build the car and that I needed to leave the premises. Yes, I was giving them a piece of mind. After a few days they called and told that my car was ready and that they couldn't duplicate the fault. The car continued to stall and had to be towed numerous times and every time they would claimed that they fixed the problem. Yeah, right because by the time I made it 30 minutes away, they would say that the car was fixed! So last year the car was involved in an accident and was towed back to Tallahassee with a broken windshield. I told them not to do any repairs, because it was part of a police investigation and I didn't want to be accused of tampering with evidence. Joe assured me that the car could stay as long as I needed it to stay. I filed all of the paperwork for the lemon law and allowed BMW to look at the car ( I didn't have too, because it had already been looked at more than 3 times and it had been at the dealership more than 15 cumulative days). They couldn't fix the car and I was told that they wasn't replacing my car and from the top person at BMW USA to the dealership were just down right rude. Even though there is a recall on the 4 series for this same problem, I was told that my car wasn't part of the recall. So joe took it upon himself to have the car towed to the body shop to have the repair (I didn't sign anything giving him authority to do so. I was in the hospital at the time). The body shop made repairs to the car without my consent and repaired things that didn't need to be repair. The windshield needed to be replaced and that's it!!! I call about my car and they tell me that I owe $9000!!! Then they tell me that I owe 13,000 and it continued to grow to $22,000!!! They claimed that they sent me notice about storage fees, which I never received! So I called The dealership and Joe told me that he had got the title to the car and that the car had been sold a long time ago!!! The car was still registered to me and I was paying insurance on the car! I told him that the DA in Georgia had order that the car be released back to me on May 30,2017. He was rude and didn't care what the DA said. They never sent notice to me about my car being sold or anything. I called BMW and had the car tracked only to be told that they found the car, but they couldn't give it back to me!! Now I have to hire a lawyer out of Florida to in order to take them to court! I served this country and for a dealership to steal from a four war veteran is just down right dirty. They don't know where my personal belongings are or the war in Afghanistan plates that were on the car are it and those are supposed to be returned to ME!!! Joe, Crawford, Jamal, Patrick, and Lorine are all crooks!! I'll never buy another BMW again!! Who has the car just doesn't know what he/she has gotten his/herself into, because it will stall and the fuel pump will explode or catch on fire. They don't even deserve a star, I give them negative five stars!!! I lost $56,000 plus another $22,000!

Have been to a couple of BMW service centers and this one by far is the best. Ian Wyre is very easy to work with, explains everything and they make sure nothing gets overlooked. Daughter is at fsu so its nice to know there is a competent service center close by. Also took care of our airbag recall, staying on the manufacturer until we could get the car taken care of.
