I recently purchased an 840i from BMW of Tallahassee and Connor Stound (my client advisor). My experience was exceptional. Connor was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process and always picked up his phone or immediately called me back if he was not available. It's nice to see some old school customer service, which is all too often missing from most businesses these days. BMW of Tallahassee and Connor Stroud will be at the top of my list the next time I'm in the market for a car.

Id rather get my teeth pulled and throw my money off a cliff than go to a dealership to buy a vehicle. My experience, however, at BMW of Tallahassee with Connor Stroud was actually enjoyable! It was completely hassle free, no ridiculous sales games with pricing or wait times. They offer fair prices and good deals and suggestions. Connor Stroud was very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and likable as was everyone else associated with my purchase. I wouldnt hesitate to go back.

Jessica Carbaigh Not certain if I spelled Jessica’s name correctly - I have been doing business with BMW Tallahassee through Jessica for a couple years with my 2005 BMW Z4 — she has out performed the service I’ve gotten on my Acura from that dealership or… the Dodge dealership for my wife’s car. She is not only pleasant she works very effectively with customers to not only represent the dealership but to satisfy the customer !!

My car was disabled due to factory recall starter. I was stranded in another town late evening on Tuesday, December 15, 2025. Ian Wyre and his Service team gave me outstanding service and repaired my BMW X5 with urgency. It was late and the dealership was ready to close. Liked the low pressure first encounter with the dealership and the Sales Associate. I was greeted by Bruno Corvers after I stepped on the showroom floor to start the process of finding the vehicle I was interested in seeing. Bruno was interested in providing all the vehicle information. Since the vehicle was for my wife he suggested that she come back with me on my return visit so he could show her the X7 and answer all her questions. On the test drive he made sure he pointed out all the features, especially the self parking capability. That was a terrific experience that sold the vehicle.
