CJ, (Craig Johnson ) my technician was very very nice. He kept me up on everything that was going on with my vehicle. The technician that was working on my vehicle was also very very kind. Everybody that I met in the service department was very nice. Very funny very kind and I would do business with them again. I absolutely love driving my BMW 330i, and Ian ensures that keeping it in peak condition is entirely stress-free. Ian is the epitome of a professional. Had my first oil change since I leased my BMW in December. Was a little nervous because my Son spearheaded me getting a reliable vehicle since the passing of his father. I live here in Florida and he lives in Georgia the car was purchased in GA. So I did not know what to expect. I was relieved because Craig Johnson was great explained everything and put me at ease. Also the young man who helped me with a loaner was very polite I think his name is Sam. Lastly Ashlynn, I think, is very knowledgeable on how BMWs and how they work. She gave me some helpful suggestions on what to do and what not to do as far as the vehicle is concerned. She was very tactful and polite about it and I appreciated that the overall experience turned out great. Lastly whoever detailed my car made it look like brand new again 😊

We are traveling for vacation and had two flat tires on the parkway and a rare tire size that are run flats. This place stayed open late to accommodate us and they have been excellent to work with. I would recommend this place to any one if you have a BMW. So thankful they were willing to help.

I live in Oregon but found a car I really liked at this dealership. I was connected with Connor, who was wonderful to work with throughout the entire process. He answered all of my questions, took a separate video of the car for me, and even helped coordinate getting it to another location for a pre-purchase inspection. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and Connor also arranged shipping to Oregon, which made buying a car from across the country surprisingly easy. Even though I don't live in Florida, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership or Connor to anyone looking for a vehicle there. I had a great experience and really appreciated how easy they made the entire process.

I have dealt with many dealers over the years. There aren’t many that I would actually recommend, but I do recommend BMW of Tallahassee. Kevin Commissiong in sales is amazing! I don’t’ even know how many questions I asked him, but he was always quick to respond and very knowledgeable. I really appreciated the amount of time and effort Kevin spent with me helping me to make a decision then explaining the process once the decision was made. He gave options, but was never pushy. Pressure to buy and add more options is the quickest way to get me to walk. That was never an issue with Kevin. If you want to buy a car go ask for Kevin. He went above and beyond for me and he will for you too!

How can we sit on your lot for 10 minutes, park outside of your office, look at multiple cars, and not get one sales person to walk out of the building and come to assist? We only showed up because we were very interested in PURCHASING a specific vehicle. I can't even say this place had poor customer service because their customer service doesn't exist.
