How can we sit on your lot for 10 minutes, park outside of your office, look at multiple cars, and not get one sales person to walk out of the building and come to assist? We only showed up because we were very interested in PURCHASING a specific vehicle. I can't even say this place had poor customer service because their customer service doesn't exist.

During a trip from Fort Myers, Florida, to Huntsville, Alabama we needed service assistance beyond what BMW roadside assistance could deliver. After a couple days, I had exhausted my options with BMW roadside. I contacted Tallahassee BMW. Jessica, their wonderful Service Adviser, solved a very difficult pickup and towing circumstance from short term parking at a local airport. She contacted another great company named Lake Jackson Recovery. The main hangup was the parking fee that needed to be paid. Jessica said she’s handled other situations that were difficult and would try her best to help. That’s exactly what she did. I can’t thank her enough. She went above and beyond what everyone else was willing to do. My wife and I are very appreciative. Thank you!

I was not in the market when we visited BMW of Tallahassee shopping for a replacement for my wife’s X3. I noticed a Black Sapphire X5 M60i but she thought it too large. Connor Stroud showed us around and I drove the X5. It’s performance was impressive, as was Connor’s enthusiasm for and knowledge of the BMW brand. Over the next few weeks we tested many cars but I stayed in contact with Connor.
