CarfaxDidn't like the fact that my vehicle needed service in which my extended warranty approved the repair, however BMW only use there parts which now cost me a customer to paid the parts difference which is almost $1000 out of pocket is ridiculous when my warranty has approved the repair and there OME parts to be use. I was charged $199 diagnostic fee because I had my vehicle removed and didn't have the repairs done. I just spend almost $5000 at BMW just in March of this year with a slimar issue.

Michael the service manager kept me updated on the progress of my car and what the issue was.Everyone I came in contact with was so friendly. The dealership waiting area was beautiful and so comfortable. Upon checking out everything was explained that was done and a printed copy given, easy and again so friendly. 10 stars.

CarfaxService for RR and LR brake pads. Requested loaner car and to my suprise, one was available hassle free. Car was dirty inside and out, but it was temporary transportation and not their norm for having dirty loaner car, so it wasnt a big concern for me. Fortunately my car service was completed by end of day after dropping it off 9:30am. Quick easy drop off of loaner and pickup of my vehicle. Pleased customer overall.

CarfaxI absolutely loved CJ's care and approachability when handling my car service. I am also a visual learner, so the fact that the service techs had a video and showed me everything that needed attention under my car, along with a printout was above and beyondI will definitely be returning for continued service. I was a thousand percent satisfied with my experience and I loved the fact that they told and showed me what was good, some things to watch out for and what needed immediate attention, but didn't pressure me to get anything done all at once like some dealerships do. Hands down my best experience at a bmw dealership in the 15 years I've been a customer to multiple bmw service centers nationwide and overseas while in the military.

CarfaxMy service advisor, Craig Johnson, handled a bad situation in a very fair manner and listened to my concerns. Specifically I was on vacation in Florida and my front brake sensor went off. I made an appointment at the Tallahassee dealership and drove two hours only to be told the dealer had no brake pads in stock. Customer service should have told me this upfront and the dealer should stock this basic part. Craig helped by covering the cost of a brake fluid flush.
