Recently, my wife's X5 lease ended, and we reached out to Kevin Commissiong, and he was able to find a 2026 X5 in Texas that was the correct color (inside and out) and it had every option that we wanted, and he was able to secure the vehicle for us. Within a few days, the new X5 was here and ready to be picked up. When we got to the dealership, the X5 was waiting for us in the special showroom, and within less than an hour, we had signed the papers and were ready to drive it away. I had a nail in a tire also an ambient light that was out. The tire was replaced at 583.00, the light was not repaired because I was told it was back ordered. No time line was given when it would be in, the wax in the new tire was not cleaned off. I had asked for someone to go back over the internet and other items, I was told when I was back in they would get the expert to cover it. When I picked up the car they were extremely busy. So no one offered to cover it. This is my first BMW it drives good but the service is lacking drastically..
