I have purchased several BMW's from this dealership. I always get treated very professionally and get a good price. Last week, I located a 2013 BMW 328i with the M package for sale. It was the perfect vehicle for me. The car is in great condition and still under factory warranty. It was at a reputable used car dealership called AMG Motors in VA. Not knowing much about the vehicle, I reached out to my local BMW family. With the help of BMW Service Specialist Lee Woodruff and BMW sales manager Patrick Williams I was able to get some great advice. They told me things to look for in a vehicle that was not even for sale through them. With their guidance, support, and friendship, I was able to purchase this vehicle. Once the vehicle was delivered to me, I brought it to Capital Euro Cars for service. Mr. Lee Woodruff and Service Manager Joe Gruen treated me like family. We walked around the vehicle and looked for anything that needed to be addressed besides the basic maintenance. The vehicle only had one car key. Parts Specialist Erick assisted me with getting a second car key. It is people like Patrick, Lee, Erick, and Joe that make me keep coming back to Capital Euro Cars as a customer. My specialist was Ian Wyre. He was a very nice man. However, when I asked how long my vehicle would take I was told "an hr and 20 minutes at the most". I ended up being there for 3 hours . I would have appreciated honesty over just telling me what sounds good and what I may want to hear . If I would have known I was going to be there for 3 hours i could have made made arrangements to possibly get picked up . Other than that, the service was good .
