Austin Avery is, first and foremost, a gentleman and an exceptionally patient salesman. I know it's a little strange to describe someone at a car dealership in such a way but after having gone through the process of looking for a used commuter car in California with no luck in terms of value and the little details that matter to me (for instance, I didn't want a car that's black, white or gray), I found a listing for a Prius V in Tallahassee, FL! I've been through the process of buying a car out-of-state so it wasn't completely foreign to me but one never knows what could happen on the other end. I took the leap of faith and as I spoke with Austin and some of the other folks at the dealership, it became very clear to me that this was a trustworthy business. In fact, I hired a freelance mechanic there to put eyes on the car for me: he said the car was in great shape (of course) and as a side note, mentioned that everyone in the dealership was so nice. I agreed and said they don't seem to have that car salesmen veneer so common elsewhere, especially in California. I totally appreciate it and if I ever have reason to purchase a car from Capital again, I totally would without even a second of hesitation. Thanks guys!

The charging cord that goes with my xc90 Hybrid wasn’t working as it should and Ryan replaced it immediately. He also fixed a few other small things and set me up so my car was as good as new. I’m thankful that I can trust Ryan and Capital Volvo for excellent car care and customer service.

I've been a repeat customer... until now. Here are the facts: 1. I was pre approved prior to visiting. When purchasing a vehicle I was literally lied to and tricked into completing a form so they could "indirectly" go through my lender giving me a higher interest rate so Capital Volvo could get a cut of the profit. 2. Our salesman was visibly angry and openly hostile during the negotiating process completely disappearing after the deal and not even saying thank you or a handshake. This specific location is crooked. BEWARE!

Tech did not balance my wheel after installing a new tire.Removed the weight on the wheel but left the sticky tape. No where is there any wheels added on the wheel so it's causing a slight vibration so I had to pay another shop to balance the wheel. Also all four wheels were inflated to 47psi when the recommended tire psi is 36-39 max in cold weather conditions. Also I found a new dent on my car and new scratches. My vehicle is only a few months old. I would highly not recommend this dealership for any servicing!

We were in the market for a used vehicle for new driver, and Volvo was one of the options we were considering. After reading the positive Google reviews, I reached out to Junior Perez and scheduled an appointment to look at a couple of CPO vehicles. From the start, Junior was professional, knowledgeable and patient. We especially appreciated how he included our new driver in the process and made sure they felt involved. We took a few days to make our decision, and Junior was always available to answer our questions without ever making us feel pressured. Overall, it was a great car-buying experience! Took car in for an oil change and soon as I left the car said add oil immediately! Called back and they tried to make it seem like it was my fault or something was wrong with my car! Come to find out, the oil pump at the shop was not working correctly and not adding any oil to my car and the other customers cars. Stop blaming the customer for every issue when the issue wasn't there when I brought the car in!!

Ryan in service is awesome. My wife was traveling home and had an issu ewith tires and I called the dealership. Ryan was very nice and told her to stop in so he could take a look and make sure the rest of her drive woudl be as safe as ppossible. He took care of what was needed and got her on her way. The repair appeared to be completed. Technician left a worm clamp in the cowl area from the old hose. Also the storage lot behind the service bays were sand, trees, and high grass. After driving the van for an hour we realized the entire van was infested with ants. In my opinion, a storage lot for very expensive vehicles should at least be paved. Our van was parked in that lot for a week. We had to buy ant spray and empty everything out of the van and spray door skins, floors, cabinets, and engine bay area. Not impressed.
