Please be prepared to read the longest review in life. (I have time today to share my horrible experience). If I could give 0 stars I would! 1st visit I went to have my 2013 Volkswagen passat serviced for my engine light being on. RYAN came back and stated it would be $1700 for a throttle body (I eventually researched around and of course the dealer will always charge more). Who in their right mind would want to pay that much to fix their car, not me. He asked if it was a money issue (ryan you need some lessons on customer service that was very offensive), and proceeded to ask if i needed some type of discount. Spoke with my wife over the phone and she stated to go ahead and look at other cars while at volkswagen. Met KEMAR EDWARDS in the process as well as JUSTIN a finance rep. Informed them BOTH my wife is currently deployed I have POA to sell her vehicle. JUSTIN then informed me in front of KEMAR that as long as I was on the auto loan everything would go in my name, great not a problem. Applied for the loan a couple days later, informed KEMAR, i then went back during my work hours with approval letter and waited for about 4 hours at the dealer and was then informed by JUSTIN AND KEMAR that I now need POA to purchase. This is the thing, I have been a military spouse as long as my wife as been in for about 5 years. POA is never an issue for us even while she is currently deployed, if I would have been told this my FIRST visit and not my SECOND after I wasted 4 hours of my time clocked out then everything would've been smooth sailing. The whole time JUSTIN was super rude my second visit because he isn't EXPERIENCED in POA which isn't my fault. I then have my wife send POA from where she is deployed waiting for that to come, i then had to apply for the loan AGAIN. Informed KEMAR i was approved again for the loan, of course, and that I would be coming back. I was then informed by KEMAR, now I needed to wait for the check to come in the mail to bring to the dealer. We have brought 3 years in the past couple of years we have never had an issue like this before. We bank with NAVY FEDERAL, trust me you will get your money. My wife is in the army, do you think we have time to not bring the check back and try to play you all??? like seriously. I then received text messages from KEMAR EDWARDS that the "DISCOUNT" on the vehicle would end the end of may. So now you all are trying to rush me to come back now?? Hmmmm... Eventually ended up going back to get the car because my wife really wanted a 2018 volkswagen passat and thats the least she can come back to after being deployed for 9-10 months. Two weeks later after getting the car, I eventually in the car to drive down the street and the FUCKING AC IS NOT WORKING. Like this has to be the worse car buying experience in life. Even after receiving a gift card from JENNIFER for "all my trouble" that shit still doesn't make up for the fucking AC being out. So now I have to take a day off ONCE AGAIN and go and get a brand new 2018 car that has no fucking miles on it SERVICED because you all are the SHITTIEST PPL EVER. LIKE THIS HAS TO BE THE WORSE FUCKING EXPERIENCE EVER. Its 96 degrees outside and this brand new car you all sold me has no AC????????????? I tried to avoid writing this review on here due to the fact that they "TRIED" to make up with a fucking gift card, which I am still gonna use for me and my wife, but that gift card doesn't make up for this fucked up experience I just went through with you all. And please do not write, please give us a call to make up for it. You don't treat anyone this way especially service members, my wife is deployed and I had to go through this shit alone. And another thing you don't ACCUSE the customer of not having the right documentation KEMAR when your finance rep JUSTIN informed me that I just needed to be on the auto loan. I have POA- POWER OF ATTORNEY for literally everything because I am a military spouse. ALSO FIX MY FUCKING AC. !!!

Great car service team and special thanks to Ryan! Had my engine service at Cap Euro and a few days later I heard some noise from wheel. Ryan gave me another inspection for free! Really appreciate it!
