Great service provided a timely manner. Knowledgeable staff who are eager to respond to customer questions in an understandable manner. Loaner vehicles need to be more readily available for customers who wait extended periods for service.

I was charged $250 just to look at the car. They could not do anything about it so I was just out $250 to find out they're not gonna work on it. Said the car was too old and they did not make the parts for that Volkswagen anymore.

The shuttle service was great for pick up and drop off.

The service was very slow. We were there for 3 hours and 40 minutes for an A service. We even opted out of the car wash because we had been there so long. We were told it would take around 2 hours so we waited instead of taking the shuttle to shop. If they would have been honest about the wait, we would have made different arrangements. We travel an hour to have the service so instead of it being an enjoyable day it turned out to be miserable and frustrating. The techs I observed were slow and seemed uninterested in getting their jobs completed.

I had an excellent visit at Capital Volvo. My moonroof would not close, and I was able to get an appointment within 24 hours. When I arrived my service advisor Ryan Boatwright had also discovered an outstanding recall notice. He arranged to have both the moonroof and recall fix completed during my visit. This is especially helpful since I live 50 miles from the dealership. Ryan has always given exemplary assistance.

Got a service appointment for an oil change for my Audi for the next day. Quick & easy check-in process. Took about an hour total - and they sent a video of the car upon completion. And washed my car after an oil change. Yippee!

Didn't like the cost of the service! Routine service for 2022 S5 cabriolet with 8000 miles was $1500.00 Comparable service done in 2024 was $480.00.

Addressed one out of 3 problem, the second one returned next day, promised to order parts for the third issue, waited for a week only to hear the desk miscommunicated with parts, then never came back.

On 1/26/26, I brought my 2017 Audi A4 in for annual service. Dustin Wheeler, my service advisor, went over the items that I needed to have done. I waited in the showroom while the work was performed. Dustin reported that the service technician recommended a 4-wheel alignment, which was added on. The car was ready in the time frame projected and was freshly washed. It is a pleasure working with Dustin and it's great to have a quality shop where we can have our Audi's serviced. Thank you Capital Volkswagen Volvo!

Great communication comfortable waiting

Didn't like the inflexible approach to possible repairs.. Stuck on the one recommendation($5000) and no alternative.. It took me calling other mechanics to approach the problem. In the end I was dealing with bad gas and faulty gas cap($50.00)

Ryan is personable and attentive. He explains things fully but concisely. We always feel valued at Capital Volvo.

Terrible service starting with communication all the way to the diagnosis and repairs themselves; I wouldn't know anything about the repairs though, as they had my car for two weeks, gave two completely incorrect diagnoses and effectively completed zero repairs even though parts were "ordered" a week and a half ago. They had my car for more than two weeks and didn't correctly diagnose or attempt to fix a singular thing. This service center is a waste of time and money.
