I had an amazing experience last weekend with Sebastian Cebolleros help. He contacted me within a couple hours of showing interest in a Volvo XC60 online, despite it being after normal business hours, and was knowledgeable and able to answer my questions. The dealership was clean, and the staff were genuinely welcoming. Sebastian made the car buying process so smooth and worked with me to get a great deal and trade in value. I was so impressed with the experience it was worth the 2.5 hour drive there and back. I would recommend Capital Volvo to anyone interested in purchasing a new car even if it means taking a day trip to get there.

On 10.20.25, I stopped by the dealership a second time and the service advisor was out so I asked to speak to someone else because I wasnt satisfied with the service received the week prior and having concerns about safety issues. Thanks to Nick Tinaro, the service manager who listened to my concerns and within a couple hours the car had been checked out and I was on my way with the assurance the car was safe to drive. Its clear that the sales team is well trained in the engineering of the vehicles and the sales etiquette is relaxed and unassuming. Unlike most dealerships, Capital Volvo feels pleasant and quiet, consistent with what is arguably the intended feeling of Volvo in general. Although I focused on a very specific vehicle, it appears that the range of vehicles onsite is extensive, covering the full suite of vehicles offered by Volvo at this time. I was glad to note that, also consistent with the Volvo brand, this dealership understands and promotes the aesthetics and advanced technologies that make Volvos unique in a car market that is crowded with flashy designs over genuine technological progress.
