Utterly impossible to get anyone to answer the phone or call back. Doesn't matter if you leave a msg for the GM, the Service Manager, Comptroller, or the Janitor. I really believe they don't actually have any phones there.

Aubrey Keith was a pleasure to work with while purchasing my XC40 at Capital Volvo. From the moment I met her she was easy going and never made me feel pressured or rushed. I live in Colorado and could have easily purchased the car anywhere along the way. But once I met Aubrey, I felt she would give me as honest and fair of a deal as possible. I believe she went out of her way to get me both a fair value for my trade in and a better price for the car. It was a nice to have it all done in one day with Aubrey! Now I can enjoy the rest of my vacation and road trip in my new Volvo!

Capital City Volvo beats all others Michael Phillips made the buying decision a pleasure. We looked at numerous cars (even ones at different dealers) of different manufacturers. Michael and the entire Capital City Volvo staff made it so easy to make our own choice of which vehicle we had decided upon. I am sorry to say that I have had a very bad experience with capital Volvo in Tallahassee. I bought a new Volvo in October and have had several issues with the dealership and the service department. They never return phone calls either.

Currently in the middle of repairs on my wife’s Volvo and I can never get them to call me, no matter how many messages I leave. They called me on vacation when they needed approval for the cost of repairs, but I get nothing when I call. Tomorrow I try the GM.
