I was having some serious issues with my Audi A8L and it was in the service department on several occasions. Once I got assigned to Mr. Nick Tinaro, I felt much more comfortable about getting it serviced there. Nick went above, beyond, and out of his way to assist me. I needed rentals, loaners and special care for my delicate situation. I would recommend him highly with great enthusiasm. He has a Can-Do attitude and is very passionate about his job. His attention-to-detail also shined during this process. So needless-to-say, Mr. Tinaro is without and a doubt, is the go-to person in the service department.

So thankful I chose Capital Volvo for the service of my 2018 Volvo XC60! I bought it used in Atlanta and live in Valdosta but am happy to make the drive to ensure my auto is kept in tiptop shape. I feel very confident in their services, and Ryan Boatwright communicated exactly what the 60,000-mile service entailed and the time it would take to complete. He also arranged shuttle service for me and my 80-year-old mother to go shopping during our wait. Jack, our driver, was wonderful and very attentive to my mother's needs, helping her in and out of the vehicle. I can't thank everyone enough!

Do not take your car to be serviced here. This is a sham of a business and the customer service is even worse. Not sure if it was because I am a young woman, but I received little to no communication while my car sat in their lot for two weeks, when all I needed was a new key (security lockout problems with old fob). Will rip you off as well. Was told I needed a whole new tire because of a nail in it, pulled the screw out and it hadnt even punctured the tire- was just sitting atop it. Absolutely blown away by my experience here.

It took a while to get an appointment (I had been trying since October of 2021 but they were booked through the new year). I made this appointment after having work done at another place and having them recommend additional work. I was able to make the appointment with Dustin Wheeler who kept me updated on the progress during my appointment and also informed me of the incorrect information provided by the previous mechanic saving me almost $600.
