Dustin Wheeler at Capital VW did a wonderful job servicing my VW CC on its 10,000 miles service. Not only was everything was done well but when I picked up my car it was immaculate, so it was a nice surprise to see it had been washed and vacuumed just like I was picking up a new car. Dustin was great an answered all my questions and helped me by showing my now to use some of the car's technology that I had not been able to figure out how to use.

I came in earlier than the appointment, and was sitting in my car. Dustin Wheeler came out to my car to find out what I needed done. He had to let me walk through his office (because the door to the waiting room was not opened). I had two discount coupons, but I could only use one. He let me know which one was best, and applied the discount to all the parts that I had to buy.

I had a recall for the ignition switch for my VW Routan. I was routed to Capital Volkswagen and the service was awesome! My wife dropped the van of Tuesday morning and they shuttled her to job. In under 3 hrs they called to say everything was fixed and taken care of. Then they came back to pick me up so I could pick up my van! Upon my arrival I met Ryan Boatwright and he was super helpful and informative. And to top it off, they washed and vacuumed my van and did a complimentary 32 point inspection at no cost! They will be seeing me again!
