Austin Avery is, first and foremost, a gentleman and an exceptionally patient salesman. I know it's a little strange to describe someone at a car dealership in such a way but after having gone through the process of looking for a used commuter car in California with no luck in terms of value and the little details that matter to me (for instance, I didn't want a car that's black, white or gray), I found a listing for a Prius V in Tallahassee, FL! I've been through the process of buying a car out-of-state so it wasn't completely foreign to me but one never knows what could happen on the other end. I took the leap of faith and as I spoke with Austin and some of the other folks at the dealership, it became very clear to me that this was a trustworthy business. In fact, I hired a freelance mechanic there to put eyes on the car for me: he said the car was in great shape (of course) and as a side note, mentioned that everyone in the dealership was so nice. I agreed and said they don't seem to have that car salesmen veneer so common elsewhere, especially in California. I totally appreciate it and if I ever have reason to purchase a car from Capital again, I totally would without even a second of hesitation. Thanks guys!

The charging cord that goes with my xc90 Hybrid wasn’t working as it should and Ryan replaced it immediately. He also fixed a few other small things and set me up so my car was as good as new. I’m thankful that I can trust Ryan and Capital Volvo for excellent car care and customer service.

I've been a repeat customer... until now. Here are the facts: 1. I was pre approved prior to visiting. When purchasing a vehicle I was literally lied to and tricked into completing a form so they could "indirectly" go through my lender giving me a higher interest rate so Capital Volvo could get a cut of the profit. 2. Our salesman was visibly angry and openly hostile during the negotiating process completely disappearing after the deal and not even saying thank you or a handshake. This specific location is crooked. BEWARE!

From the start, Junior was professional, knowledgeable and patient. We especially appreciated how he included our new driver in the process and made sure they felt involved. Here’s the deal. I have been looking to trade into a new vehicle for about a year. I’ve done all the research against models similar in size to the Volvo XC-90. I was torn between it, and the Acura MDX advance. This past weekend I went to go test drive the Acura after previously renting a Volvo for a weekend and let’s just say my experience was terrible with the dealership in Tallahassee. So I’m in Verizon, and the sales guy tells me to call Tyler at Volvo. I get Tyler on the phone, and I tell him my trade details, and what I’m looking for in a Volvo. He asks me several questions about my taste, what I like and don’t like. I tell him I’ll be there in an hour. I pull in the parking lot and the most beautiful cobalt blue Volvo XC-90 is waiting for me to test drive. I still walked the parking lot just to be sure I didn’t want something else, and I even test drove a CPO. I ended up purchasing the Volvo that Tyler picked for me based on ONE phone call. We did not know each other. Every question I asked him, he knew the answer and didn’t stumble through the sale. Working with the finance manager, and the sales manager was so easy too. There was no back and forth, I got exactly what I asked for and I couldn’t be happier. I’m so thankful to Capital Volvo and Tyler!!! I will be a repeat customer and refer!

We had an extremely frustrating experience with Capital Volvo Tallahassee. From the beginning, it felt like we were getting a complete runaround. Over the course of 4 days, we received inaccurate finance sheets multiple times—with incorrect taxes and totals—and it was surprisingly difficult to get clear, consistent information. Communication was also a major issue. It was very hard to get a call back, and we often had to chase updates ourselves just to move things forward. Despite being fully approved and ready to put 50% down, we were stuck waiting on a corrected final finance sheet. On Saturday morning at 9am, our salesman told us he wasn’t busy and would send the corrected finance sheet right away so we could send over payment and complete the purchase. After waiting for hours and trying to follow up, we ultimately received a text message saying the car had been sold while we were waiting. We even asked about another vehicle, but management showed little interest in making the situation right. We ended up purchasing through Volvo Cars North Miami, and the experience was completely different—seamless, accurate, responsive, and professional from start to finish. The numbers were correct the first time, communication was clear, and the entire process was quick and easy (including delivery). If you’re considering Capital Volvo Tallahassee, be aware—it was unnecessarily difficult to get basic information or complete a purchase. We highly recommend Volvo North Miami instead. It’s absolutely worth the small delivery fee.

Capital Volvo Cars: Where do I start. I was looking to buy one of my dream cars, Cadillac. I found the perfect car on their website and called the number listed. Two rings and someone answered. She directed me to Junior Perez, the best car dealer I’ve ever met. A very kind person, walked me through things over the phone, we made a date to meet at the dealership, he made sure the car was ready for me when I got there, shook my hand, offered me and my dad a water. Then when it came to the time to purchase the car he helped walk me through everything and worked his magic to make sure the car was in my price bracket. They filled the car with gas and detailed it before I drove off. I went to several other dealerships and none of them treated me as well as they did. Special shout out to Junior Perez for being the best, Micheal for being another best, and Mr Mike for being a great manager. Thank you gentleman 25 out of 5 stars!!
