This dealership is extremely unprofessional. I turned my leases I , it had some damage on the rims, which I was covered for. They never let me see the repair, told me the car had been sold. My paperwork and mileage was already filled out, something I was supposed to do. They are not trustworthy, go to Tampa. Charged me for excessive wear and tear, that car was in immaculate condition. I have leased for years and never was charged a thing. Watch out for their lease turn in fee as well they don't tell you about this upon purchase. I have never paid to return a lease much less been charged for excessive wera, especially when 2 weeks before turn in Volvo had a gentleman come to my home and all he said was the rim had some slight damage which I was covered for. I tool out all of the extra coverage when leading the vehicle, the car was in perfect shape.

*** UPDATE - have to say that a service advisor that has been "taking care of me" lately has really turned me off this location. I know a new car in my future (1-2 years) and as much as I LOVE my car, I'm not sure I'd go with Volvo again so that I don't have to deal with him. Condescending and nasty to be honest :( They take good care of you and your car!

Our Salesperson was George Guirguis, he did several test drives with us and we ended up getting a great deal on a remaining 2021 XC-60 Model from the showroom. Recently my lease was up and was time to decide what to do. Again, I went to a couple different car places and again came back to Crown Volvo. To say Bud, TJ and David went far and above for me is an understatement. I can't get into my situation but I will refer my friends and family to this dealership.
