Ethan in the service department has helped me a couple of times in emergency situations. He has fit me in as quickly as he could to get my car fixed. Once he managed to get a loaner car because my car had to stay overnight. I appreciate his efforts.

I purchased a used car there and that was a super easy experience. Unfortunately, dealing with service has been a headache. As soon as I drove off with the car, the tire pressure light came on. I had it checked and it was “reset” only for it to go off again a few weeks later and to be told it was a faulty sensor and I have to cover the cost. Then the brand new 2025 battery failed leaving me stranded. I replaced it and have left three messages for parts & services to initiate a refund under the battery warranty. I still can’t get a response even after the clerk said she would email them asking someone contact me. You buy the car and they are done with customer service.
