Joe from the service dept came through in a huge way. I parked my car under a tree while gone for 10 days and had a noxious odor upon my return. Joe addressed my needs immediately, found and fixed the problem. A rat apparently crawled into the engine and had babies. Joe removed them, disposed of them, and prioritized my situation. Joe, this dealership, and Volvo of St Pete came through in a huge way! Excellent service!

We just bought my wife’s second Volvo from Crown! We were so happy with the experience. Chris L. was very knowledgeable and helpful answering all our questions. Unfortunately (and fortunately for us in the future), he moved to service, but he handed us off to another fantastic employee, Mary M. (I can see why he married her). She was just as knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about showing us all the features in the car. You can tell she has an extensive understanding of the cars she sells and answered our many many questions. She also worked with our inflexible schedule to help prepare our car quickly. My wife and I felt very taken care of and were extremely pleased with the service we received. Afterwards we worked with TJ for the financing portion and he was very thorough in explaining all of our options. He worked with our budget to get us the best packages. The process of buying a car is painful, but when you are working with people who treat you like family, it becomes a wonderful experience!

Today I visited Crown Volvo for service and had a very disappointing experience with Service Representative Joe. My car was finished quickly, yet I received no call or text. I remained in the waiting area for two hours while Joe walked past me without mentioning that my vehicle was ready. Before this, Joe recommended a very expensive maintenance that I felt was unnecessary, and I declined it. After that interaction, the lack of communication felt really concerning. Regardless of the reason, this behavior is unacceptable for a dealership known for its high standards.

I brought my vehicle in for a standard oil change on July 3. At checkout, I was advised that my brake fluid would need attention soon. On July 6, I took it to someone to get a second opinion. While the hood was open, we discovered that the coolant overflow tank cap had been left completely off following the service!! (see photo). Given the importance of proper fluid system maintenance, this was a significant oversight! I immediately contacted the service department to report the issue. This experience raises serious concerns about the thoroughness and quality control of the service performed on my vehicle then and moving forward.
