*** UPDATE - have to say that a service advisor that has been "taking care of me" lately has really turned me off this location. I know a new car in my future (1-2 years) and as much as I LOVE my car, I'm not sure I'd go with Volvo again so that I don't have to deal with him. Condescending and nasty to be honest :( They take good care of you and your car!

Our Salesperson was George Guirguis, he did several test drives with us and we ended up getting a great deal on a remaining 2021 XC-60 Model from the showroom. The buying / leasing process was quick and easy being in and out in less than an hour after deciding on the vehicle.

I took my friend car shopping a couple of years ago. We went to multiple car dealerships and ended up at Crown Volvo. I was at the point of needing a new car myself and ended up leasing a car along side with her. They worked with us and gave both of us an amazing deal I couldn't pass up. Recently my lease was up and was time to decide what to do. Again, I went to a couple different car places and again came back to Crown Volvo. To say Bud, TJ and David went far and above for me is an understatement. I can't get into my situation but I will refer my friends and family to this dealership. They are so helpful, listen to your needs, listened to my story, and were able to get me back into a Volvo with an offer I couldn't pass up. Thank you everyone at Crown Volvo.

We leased 5 Volvo’s from Crown and liked the cars and really liked our sales person (Mary Mattingly). Mary worked hard for us and each of the first 4 leases we traded in for the next prior to the lease expiration. In each instance we traded in car in excellent shape and with less miles than we paid for. Our latest car was a 2023 XC40 all electric. We were hoping to trade it in on a 2026 XC60 all electric. We started the process over 4 months prior to lease expiration but there were no vehicles available (all electric) so we waited patiently. Volvo flooded us with emails and mail about the return process and sales available to loyal lease returnees, but still no vehicle available. Unfortunately our sales person left employment and we were left on our own. Also turns out that Volvo will not allow you to trade in a Volvo to another car dealer (they wouldn’t provide them with a buyout amount) leaving us with no choice but to turn back vehicle at lease end The return process was a mess!!! Conflicting data in calls we received and letters we received. We ended up turning car back in (with still no all electric option to lease) a few days before lease expired. Vehicle was in excellent shape (garage kept) and 13,000 under what we paid for. We received correspondence 9 days after turning the car in (and having local dealer sign the return and calling volvo financial and giving them final odometer reading) threatening action if we didn’t turn vehicle in. After multiple calls to volvo financial and crown they acknowledged car was returned on date we had brought it back. Volvo financial then told us we owed a turn back fee of $450 plus taxes as stated in original lease. The 13,000 miles under lease increased their resale value but meant nothing in the transaction. We paid the $489 to close out the deal (not happy about that) and a week later got a bill in the mail for the $489. Needless to say I’m not happy with Volvo. That’s not how you treat good and loyal customers so my next vehicle will not be a Volvo nor a Crown dealership car

I have been servicing my vehicle at this location for a while now. The big problem recently is a 2.5% credit card surcharge at the service cashier. Incredibly tacky and unprofessional. A luxury dealership should absolutely absorb standard processing fees into their operational costs. Passing this onto the customer feels incredibly cheap and shatters the high-end experience you expect from Volvo. To make matters worse, after hitting you with a petty fee at the register, they turn around and aggressively ask you to rate them a "10" on the survey. If you want a 10/10 review, provide a 10/10 luxury experience without the nickel-and-diming.

Stopped in to consider buying a new XC40 gas model, Cody found the right car, white with light interior. We were trading our 3rd Volvo, a 2011 XC60, 303,000 miles. I really hoped to get to a $600 monthly payment. I thought I’d be looking at next summer to save enough down, and cross my fingers that the XC60 would make it. Cody suggested considering a lease. He worked with his manager to put together a number incentives and with a big enough down payment from our savings, and we hit our target with a 3 year lease. We had to come back the next day finish up and Cody got Ricky to join so we could all learn how to set up our Volvo ID and account on the Infotainment panel. I had not expected to leave with a new for my wife’s birthday on the 31st, but we did. And drove it the Clearwater airport to pick up our daughter who flew in as a surprise for Marilyn’s birthday as well. It made for a lot of great memories which Crown Volvo and Cody became a part of. Now, our 4th Volvo is now sitting in our garage! We couldn’t have done it without Cody’s help!!
