This was my second XC60 purchase, and finding Mary Mattingly was truly a gift - she is an amazing salesperson. I went through two other dealerships before finding Mary and drove 3.5 hours each way to secure the perfect vehicle that she found for me. Mary listened to me and asked a number of questions to make sure she understood what my requirements were. She was honest and transparent about pricing and trade-in value, qualities I found lacking in the two other dealerships. She made sure I was aware of all dealer incentives that were available. There were no high-pressure sales tactics. She worked effectively and efficiently to find a vehicle that met my requirements and, while the car she found was not on the lot, she took video of other vehicles that were the same type and color (interior and exterior) so I could see what the vehicle looked like. She went the extra mile. She also helped me consider some color options that would work well together which may seem minor but is really important!! Mary was communicative and personable. What a great pleasure to deal with her. Once I agreed to purchase the vehicle, Jake Boskovic worked with me to ensure that all would be ready once I arrived at the dealership. Jake was super friendly, communicative and responsive. Once at the dealership, Mary and Jake made the process very smooth. And, while there was a snafu outside of their control and the car did not arrive on the lot when anticipated, I was given a loaner and Jake drove my vehicle up to me - again 3.5 hours each way! Jake spent a good deal of time explaining how everything in the car works and assisted in getting all the technology set up. Mary and Jake are genuine people; they are the real deal. You can tell they truly care about the customer finding the right vehicle and loving the vehicle. I would drive 7 hours again to buy my next XC60 from them.
