There are very few things that I hate more than shopping for a car. It's not the shopping that I find aweful, but the price negotiation and the feeling that a sales person is going to attempt to take advantage of me that makes me feel anxious. I'm thrilled to say that the employees at Crown Volvo have completely changed my perspective. From the service department to the sales team, I was beyond impressed. I had entered the dealership having done a ton of research on sales tactics that dealers use and what I should watch out for when buying a car. I experienced none of the trickery at Crown Volvo. I dove home in my newly purchased car feeling confident and thankful that Crown Volvo exists. I'll definitely be a returning customer and would recommend sales consultants, Mary Mattingly and Michael Grace to anyone leasing or purchasing a new or preowned car. Thank you, to the outstanding family at Crown Volvo!

I traveled all the way from upstate NY to this dealership to get my dream car. I was helped by Chris Lowry for sales and LeAnn for finance. Chris went out of his way to pick me up from the airport despite my plane being very late. He stayed in communication with me through the entire process, which was very easy. I knew I had wanted an extended warranty for my purchase and LeAnn helped me work out a deal that suited my needs while being affordable. They were never pushy and always friendly. I ended up with a fully loaded XC60 at an excellent price with an interest rate that other banks couldn't beat. Lastly, for those concerned about Covid-19, Chris and LeAnn wore face masks and the rooms were set up to maximize social distancing to the best extent possible. The building was clean and the bathroom was pristine. If you're looking for a new Volvo, never count this place out!

I was pleasantly surprised Mary was very professional and courteous and that was what I was looking for in a salesperson. Left here with a beautiful Cadillac traded in my Mustang thank you so much Mary. And yes, I will be sending all my friends to you.
