My friend allison has had volvos for at least 15 years and i have had lexus audi and saabs . We stopped in to check out the volvo xc40 which i saw in a magazine. Mary greeted us and showed us around the lot i never intended to buy the same day but she was so nice and enthusiastic that i couldnt resist. She was not aggressive which is one characteristic that i hate. She found exactly the color interior that i was looking for and the rest is history. She made it easy and i never felt rushed.
