Horrible experience! I had to bring my car back again on Monday (8/10/ after picking it up two weeks ago with the same check engine light issue and code (P2187). My car was allegedly fixed after being in their care for a whole week two weeks ago. Sara now says the mechanic is still trying to figure out the issue. I had to have my secretary cancel my book tour because I don’t know when I will get my car back. So disappointing. I have never experience this with any dealer. No empathy either. This place is horrible , unprofessional, and unwilling to work with you,they also sell cars that need maintenance and refuse to complete it because “it cost to much money “,that is what I was told when I asked why the manufacturer recommended maintenance wasn’t done and if they can please do it .I’ve never been to a dealership that refuses to do a manufacturer recommended maintenance that’s past due on avehicle your trying to sell me ,it’s a Range Rover ,not a Porsche this is by far the worst Range Rover dealership I’ve ever been to and I don’t recommend this place to anyone they are very shady ,run away from this place if you can

I purchased a Jaguar certified preowned car here in May. As a long term customer, I had high expectations of the dealership and facility. Although the car I selected had some issues initially, I was most impressed that my Salesman (Thaddius Martinez) worked closely with the manager(Mr Rogers) and Service (Mike) to ensure everything was corrected to my satisfaction. All representatives of each department I was in contact with treated me with courtesy and respect. Thaddius was a pleasure to work with and Mike in Service was great. I took my car there to get it fixed and had a sensor for the diesel fuel system and they gave me a price of $7000, yes $7000 dollars, to fix it. Obviously I told him that they've lost their effing minds! I then took it to Brians Mobile Diesel repair, a mechanic in Largo , and the gentleman fixed my car for $200. It was a $65 part a sensor that he ordered off eBay. The Jaguar dealership has lost touch with the people and has lost touch with reality. I will never go to them again, and if I do buy a new car, it will not be a jaguar, and it will have an extra Extended Warranties. These people have lost touch with the common man.Horrific! Lots of luck.

The staff was friendly and accommodated us with an early appointment, even providing a courtesy ride home — which we appreciated. However, the pricing was extremely disappointing. We were charged $350 just for a diagnostic, and quoted $1,200 for a wheel sensor replacement- a part my husband had already identified as the issue before we came in. We visited the dealership simply to get an official Jaguar confirmation, but ultimately purchased the part on Amazon and had it installed at a local mechanic for $150 total which included the part. It's disheartening to see large dealerships charge prices that feel exploitative, especially for loyal customers. The service team themselves were great; it's the corporate pricing structure that lets them down."

Ask for John, he will roll out the red carpet. Hyper responsive and will get you an aggressive deal!
