Kory is a phenomenal amazing great person to work with. He comes greeting us as soon as he saw us. He listened our needs and offers the best options for us. The staff is very dedicated to helping us not just selling a car. I also need to mention all the time he spent to explain all the features with the jaguar app and all the car options. That was the first time I had such a seamless experience. I have been to order places before and it was a zoo. You cannot go wrong there. I strongly recommend them.

Rolled in to take a quick casual look, left a short time later with a new F-Pace. Just like that. These folks are so engaging, so kind, and were so committed to putting a deal together that worked for me, it was almost shocking. So happy w the car, so very happy w this dealership. My sales person, Jacob, knew the car in and out, took great time to go the extra mile for me and just made me feel like an actual customer rather than a target. I brought my car in for a rattle and it ended up being a serious suspension issue. Steven was able to have the issue covered by my extended warranty which saved me $$$$. The work was done in a few days and now my car drives great! Very happy with the service I received at Crown Jaguar.

I wouldn’t recommend this dealer to my worst enemy. I’m so disappointed, I just picked up my car two weeks ago (July 21) after being services for a whole damn week and now the service light came back on with the same code ( P2187) when I checked with my diagnostic machine. My car shouldn’t be shaking again. I had to drop off my car again this morning and I had to have my secretary cancel my book tour since idk when I’ll get my car back. This is a really bad experience especially when Sara Cribbs told me in a text (which I have saved) that everything was taken care of. I hope my car gets fixed right this time and the mechanic really fixes the issue. This is the dealer fault, and they better not think I’m paying a dime. The last repair cost two weeks ago was almost $6,000 the warranty company already paid them. Smh

This place is horrible , unprofessional, and unwilling to work with you,they also sell cars that need maintenance and refuse to complete it because “it cost to much money “,that is what I was told when I asked why the manufacturer recommended maintenance wasn’t done and if they can please do it .I’ve never been to a dealership that refuses to do a manufacturer recommended maintenance that’s past due on avehicle your trying to sell me ,it’s a Range Rover ,not a Porsche this is by far the worst Range Rover dealership I’ve ever been to and I don’t recommend this place to anyone they are very shady ,run away from this place if you can

I purchased a Jaguar certified preowned car here in May. As a long term customer, I had high expectations of the dealership and facility. Although the car I selected had some issues initially, I was most impressed that my Salesman (Thaddius Martinez) worked closely with the manager(Mr Rogers) and Service (Mike) to ensure everything was corrected to my satisfaction. The staff was friendly and accommodated us with an early appointment, even providing a courtesy ride home — which we appreciated. However, the pricing was extremely disappointing. We were charged $350 just for a diagnostic, and quoted $1,200 for a wheel sensor replacement- a part my husband had already identified as the issue before we came in. We visited the dealership simply to get an official Jaguar confirmation, but ultimately purchased the part on Amazon and had it installed at a local mechanic for $150 total which included the part. It's disheartening to see large dealerships charge prices that feel exploitative, especially for loyal customers. The service team themselves were great; it's the corporate pricing structure that lets them down."
