DealerRaterHorrible experience! I had to bring my car back again on Monday (8/10/ after picking it up two weeks ago with the same check engine light issue and code (P2187). My car was allegedly fixed after being in their care for a whole week two weeks ago. Sara now says the mechanic is still trying to figure out the issue. I had to have my secretary cancel my book tour because I don’t know when I will get my car back. So disappointing. I have never experience this with any dealer. No empathy either. I had a Benz before I have my Jag. I thought dealers were suppose to be top-tier. Smh Employees Worked With: Sara Cribbs

DealerRaterThe dealership was very nice and very professional. Our sales person JOHN Riegert went out of his way to make our deal extra special. He wrapped it up with a red bow and even buckled in a bottle of Veuve Champs 🥂 for my delivery. He made my experience so fun and he took about a half hour of time to sit with me in the car explaining how to work the dashboard and all the knobs. I love my new white Range Rover. He helped us through the custom order process, and kept us updated every step of the way. Once the car was delivered, he had the team expedite getting it ready and we were able to pick it up same day. Because we were coming from over an hour away, he even stayed after hours to make sure we had everything set up just like we wanted it. He really had my back, as did everyone in the dealership including the service department. I go out of my way by 60 miles to get service done there. 100-% worth it!

Steve matched the deal with the other flaky dealer on a Friday afternoon, finalized paperwork while out of the office on Saturday and I flew down Monday morning from Tennessee, picked up my last of an era BRG F Type and drove back to Nashville. Highly recommended.
