I was interested in the Mercedes EClass and did a Google search for what was available in the area. xx Petersburg Land Rover came up as a result. The vehicle looked beautiful. Sales Executive Kory Vest quickly responded to my inquiry. He answered my questions and even provided a walk around video to capture more details about the car. I was impressed by his attention to what I liked and he listened to find out what I needed. We set up an in-person appointment. Upon arriving to the dealership I met Sales Executive Dustin Taylor who also provided the highest level of efficiency, knowledge, and professionalism. My mom also attended the appointment and, by far, I am forever grateful for the way both Sales Executives made her feel valued and welcomed. They were most accommodating, going out of their way to keep her comfortable and refreshed! I have purchased several vehicles in the past. This purchase experience, from beginning to end was clearly the most effective, it was effortless, and the most efficient that I have ever had. The level of attention, the interest to provide excellent service has made quite an indelible impression. I highly recommend Land Rover xx. DealerRaterHorrible experience! I had to bring my car back again on Monday (8/10/ after picking it up two weeks ago with the same check engine light issue and code (P2187). My car was allegedly fixed after being in their care for a whole week two weeks ago. Sara now says the mechanic is still trying to figure out the issue. I had to have my secretary cancel my book tour because I don’t know when I will get my car back. So disappointing. I have never experience this with any dealer. No empathy either. Once the car was delivered, he had the team expedite getting it ready and we were able to pick it up same day. Steve matched the deal with the other flaky dealer on a Friday afternoon, finalized paperwork while out of the office on Saturday and I flew down Monday morning from Tennessee, picked up my last of an era BRG F Type and drove back to Nashville. Highly recommended.
