From the very beginning, to driving off the lot this was a wonderful experience at Crown Jaguar Land Rover, St Petersburg. Tanner Kaufman was professional, knowledgeable and furthest from the stereotypical car salesman we imagine. Having myself previously had a background in sales, I can smell the usual hard sales tactics a mile off. This was not the case in this instance, Tanner was simply affable, considerate to my requirements and most of all, listened to what I was looking to achieve in a vehicle. I can not recommend him enough if you are in the market for a JLR vehicle. Once we chose the perfect vehicle, after multiple test drives, I had a very pleasurable experience tying up the paperwork with Anthony Coleman. Due to my non domicile citizen status we hit a couple of hiccups along the way, through no fault of Anthony or Crown, however he did go the extra mile to ensure I was able to drive off the lot on that day, for which I am extremely grateful. I cannot recommend Crown, Tanner & Anthony enough. I am confident anyone I were to refer would have the same experience.

Miro is a top-notch car guy!!! He is courteous and professional. He was quick to respond throughout my dream car buying experience! Also, Miro is a receptive listener and was very connected and present from the first text until handing me the keys. I had extremely specific needs/wants and hesitations pulling the trigger on the purchase of an Audi Q7. I was an out-of-town buyer who had never physically seen the car and it was a BIG purchase for me. Although Crown specializes in Land Rovers and Jaguars, Crown far exceeded my expectations with this preowned AUDI! Miro offered to schedule a time that accommodated my busy schedule for a thorough facetime walkthrough of the vehicle to put my hesitations at ease. Initially, I had specific Audi Q7 vehicle package questions. Not only did the pre-owned sales manager, Talas, send me the exact factory spec sheet, he quoted an extremely competitive price on a fully loaded model! Upon arrival in Tampa, Miro picked me up from the airport, took me to breakfast and then guided me on a scenic all-encompassing test drive (highway and in town...speeds, curves, traffic, etc) that allowed me to experience all the capabilities of the car. Upon cranking the volume on the Bang & Olufsen 3D sound system, my mind was blown! This full experience proved I was driving my dream car and I immediately fell in love! The finance manager, Anthony, was very knowledgeable about financing and protection plan options and shopped the best rate. He also, discussed ways to help me recover my credit depth and ensure a long happy relationship with my new Q7. My company provides elite level customer service and even I could not ask for anything better from Miro or the Crown staff! I think I even cried when they handed me the keys. Wow, just WOW!!!!!!

I had an amazing experience purchasing a 2020 Jaguar F-Pace SVR from St Petersburg Jaguar Gwinnett Dealership in St Petersburg Florida. I highly recommend this dealer for their professionalism, ease or processes, attention to detail at every level and the personal touches that they provided me. Skye Martens In particular was the shining star at the dealership. He was the consummate professional, completely in tune with my needs and went above and beyond his job to ensure my experience was exceptional. The General Manager, Mr. Michal Niezbecki has put together a team that is unmatched in the industry from the open and fair negotiations with him, to the professional and efficient salesman and financial office, to how clean my car was (waxed) when I arrived. To put my statement in perspective. I live in the Washington DC Metro area with 5 Jaguar/Land Rover Dealerships in a 40 mile radius with 14 available F-Pace SVRs. I chose to buy from a dealership that was nearly 1000 miles away. I landed at Tampa International at 1pm, I was picked up by Mr. Martens 115pm, arrived at the dealership at 2pm and was on the road back to DC by 3pm in my brand new F-Pace SVR. Although It took me nearly 14 hours to get home, best decision, price and experience with buying a car in 32 years!!! JC of Northern Virginia
