I had a very good experience at Jaguar/ Land Rover dealership. Skye was my sales person , not pushy , he went above and beyond. Stayed late to help close our deal, and was great with follow up! I definitely recommend going to see Skye and Talas, the manager as well. We will be back for our next purchase.

Just recently bought a Land Rover Defender from this dealer. A special thanks to Savanah Torres (Sales), Jeff Joiner (Sales Manager), and Anthony Coleman (Finance Manager) this entire team was very professional and attentive. They did exactly what they spoke out of their mouths. The only negative I have to say, the owners really need to hire more finance managers so clients do not have to wait so long. I felt very bad for Anthony Coleman, he was working all by himself for all the sales in that large dealership. In my opinion, you don't abuse quality employees like Mr. Coleman. The guy is topnotch, took his type with me and even fought to get me the absolute best rate possible. If you are an owner and reading this, step up your game before you lose a key employee in your dealership.

Karl Peterson is an excellent sales consultant. Prior to my visit he responded quickly and accurately to my questions, sent clear pictures, and helped ensure the car would still be there when we could make the trip 7 hours later. Karl had the car clean and prepared, walked me through all the features and talked about the history of the car (bought and serviced at this dealership). After the test drive Karl took us through the rest of the buying process quickly, took notes of the small items that needed addressed, and got us out the door in time for our dinner reservations. Karl kept me up to date on progress of the paint, wheel, and leather touch-ups with lots of pictures. Karl also put the car into the showroom and sent some glamour shots, those really made me look forward to the pick-up, which went perfectly!
