Was searching for a 2020 Jaguar XF S online. Found the car I wanted at an unbelievable price. Called about it and purchased it that day. Customer service was amazing. The sales guy I worked with name was Robbie Dereadt was amazing and Anthony Coleman the Finance Service Manager did everything to make the online purchase easy. Im disappointed that I live in Texas an will not be using this dealership for services.

Skye Martens was the quintessential salesman. He was all the things he should be - polite, communicative, punctual, knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. Just as important he wasn't overbearing and he didn't employ the stereotypical trickery that many car sales people are known for. I drove away more than satisfied in a Jaguar F type R. Skye is top shelf. I recommend him without hesitation.

My sales person was Miro Ostojic and I would highly recommend him. I live 3 hours from this dealership and completed most of my purchase online or over the phone with the help of Miro. He answered all my questions and made the whole process really simple. When I did go in to pick up my new vehicle I worked with Joseph in Finance, who was also a pleasure to work with. This is the 4th new Range Rover I have purchased over the last 10 years and have to say my best experience with the process.

I had been searching online for a used mineral white BMW 428i with saddle interior for a while. I found not one but two at Jaguar Land Rover in St. Petersburg. I immediately sent a message to the dealer stating that I was very interested in both vehicles and would like someone to contact me. I had the pleasure of getting Miro Ostojic as my salesperson. I live over 100 miles from St. Pete and it was also a work day so I was not able to leave work to see if either vehicle was what I wanted. Miro video-called me and showed me each of the vehicles inside and out. He also highlighted any imperfections which I really appreciated. Both vehicles were in great shape. I would have purchased either vehicle but I did like one a little more than the other. In a short couple of hours before I could make a decision about whether or not to put a deposit down on the car, both vehicles sold. I was disappointed but that is just how things are sometimes. I thanked him for his help and his time. Later that evening he called me and told me that the financing for the vehicle I wanted did not go through and it was still available. I drove down the next day and he had everything ready for me. I appreciated the way he treated me! I was buying a used vehicle and sometimes dealerships do not treat you the same as if you were purchasing new. Miro is the exception to that! The finance manager, Joseph Sobczak, was great too and that is usually the worst part when buying a car. If you are looking for a new or used vehicle at Jaguar Land Rover St. Pete, I would highly recommend asking for Miro if you want to have a wonderful buying experience.

Miro Ostojic was great! I was not 100% committed to purchasing a vehicle that day, but Miro knew I liked the car. After the test drive, I was able to keep the car overnight. Since Miro was very pleasant to work with, my decision to purchase the vehicle was that much easier. The following day we closed the deal. Extremely pleased with the overall experience and Miro Ostojic of Jaguar Land Rover St Petersburg.

I would absolutely recommend Crown Jaguar of St. Pete! Miro Ostojic was one of the best salesmen I've ever worked with. He made the experience as seemless and enjoyable as it gets! My 2017 F-Pace lease was coming up so and began my search for a new one with Jaguar of Tampa, which is only a few miles from my house. Unfortunately (for them), the sales person I was paired with became unpleasant, unresponsive and not upfront with me about the "new" F-Pace I was interested in. While I was waiting to hear back from the salesman, I decided go online and check out Crown Jaguar of St. Pete. Within a couple minutes I found the exact F-Pace I was looking for! I sent a "test drive" request and within another couple of minutes, I had an email from Miro and within the next hour or so we had a deal! He had the car and paperwork ready and waiting for me the next morning! It doesn't get better then that! Meanwhile, I still haven't heard back from Jaguar of Tampa! Thank you Miro and Crown Jaguar of St. Pete for an outstanding experience and a beautiful new car!

Matt Taneja - 2003 Jaguar XKR " - Westburywhitehorse1 Im writing this review as an commendation for Matt Taneja so that he may be recognised for his outstanding and exemplary service. I visited the Crown Jaguar Land Rover showrooms in research for my forthcoming new car purchase once my vehicle lease agreement expires. Whilst there I noticed a used 2003 Jaguar XKR Nd made a subsequent visit to test drive in anticipation of a possible purchase as a collective hobby automobile. Upon my return, I was greeted by Matt who remembered me from a prior Mercedes purchase facilitated by him in 2011. He remembered in great detail the prior transaction and I was made to feel comfortable at the showroom and he showed mr around and guided mr through the available cars there for my forthcoming purchase as well as taking me for the test drive on the used 2003 Jaguar which I ultimately decided to purchase. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience ever. Matt was very informative and he was answering very question of mine patiently. Nowadays, it has been commonly seen by me in my search for my upcoming new car purchase that car salesmen just dont do enough good job and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. Let me begin my review by giving a few background notes... I came in knowing that I wasn't in the best negotiating position (upside down on a lease) I knew what I was trying to do, but not how it could or would be accomplished. I knew that AFTER I'd be able to do this--things would improve--but it was finding a dealer that also cared enough to help me to get into that position.... Herein enters Matt Taneja and Crown Jaguar in St. Pete. Aside from it being amazingly convenient---it has a great selection of cars and I found Matt at my convenience via the online tool for inquiries on a new car. Matt made every effort to make this experience not just amazing, but efficient, accommodating and one where I didn't feel bad to be in the position I was in. He went out of his way (I can't count the times, neither could he I'm sure) to ensure that he was going to find a resolution that would be good--and even when we had some challenges (remember, its' the banks that cause the mess--I know, I worked for them!) he kept optimistic and let me understand that Crown has amazing business personnel and Jaguar has the best people--that could and would (and DID) want to make this work out. It did. Sure I would have loved a 0% rate, really cheap payment and an insurance cost decrease, but lets just say that they did an amazing job and I am so very happy and appreciative of not only how they went out of their way, but so positively and happily in doing so. They truly value the relationship, not the sale, and they reflect that in how they do their business. The follow up, the after care and the continued relationship will be one to follow in the coming days, weeks, months and years--and yet I am convinced that they have this part of the relationship nailed down. I've had calls, texts and even some surprises to let me know they appreciate ME, my business and value the relationship we have built. And that's exactly what it is==from day 1 with Matt, a friendship and relationship that will truly be one to grow on! If I can refer any Jaguar enthusiast that wants a Jaguar to Matt, I will certainly will. Because I cannot underestimate the genuine enthusiasm and kindness (and dare I not forget to add PATIENCE!) Matt showed me during the entire process. It wasn't a sale. It was an individual dedicated to making someone happy and Matt, you did just that. Thank you!
