Exceptional Service from Mike Kelly at Crown Jaguar!! I can't say enough wonderful things about Mike Kelly, my Service Manager at Crown Jaguar. He has helped me tremendously over the past several months with my 2012 Jaguar, and even though I don't have a service contract, he has always treated me with kindness, patience, and genuine concern. Mike went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was taken care of properly, and he wouldn't let it go until he knew it was complete and right. I have felt completely comfortable putting my car in his hands, and that means so much to me. I am truly grateful for all of his help, professionalism, and dedication. Crown Jaguar St. Petersburg did it again to earn double Perfect 10!! they went above and beyond for me, just like they did when I first got my Jaguar XJ from them in November of 2023. I live in Tallahassee, and unfortunately, Land Rover Tallahassee no longer services Jaguar vehicles. My car was long overdue for maintenance, so on March 28, my husband and I drove 249 miles to Crown Jaguar St. Pete with warning alerts flashing: "Service Required" and "Coolant Low." My husband was so worried we wouldn't make it, but by the grace of God, we arrived safely without a single issue. God is truly good to us. Even the service advisor was surprised we made it there safe and sound. Once they inspected the car, we learned it wasn't safe to drive back to Tallahassee without replacing the radiator hose, thermostat heater, cooling fluid, and two rear tires plus several other repairs. My biggest problem was that I didn't have the money to cover all the major works right away. That's when Mr. Eli stepped in with such kindness and a big heart. He allowed us to borrow a service vehicle for two weeks, so we could return to Tallahassee, go to work, and have time to secure financial assistance. It was a huge relief and a blessing. I highly recommend Crown Jaguar St. Petersburg, Florida, for their reliable service and genuine understanding of their customers' situations. I trust no other service center with my Jaguar XJ. A big thank you to Eli Luber, the General Manager you truly are the best of all!!!
