After being scheduled for a 2 hour undercoating recall appt, my car was still sitting in the waiting zone after one hour. After complaining, my car was then "ready" with an oil change and the recall complete in a mere 40 minutes. The undercoating fumes were noxious for days. The scheduler then tried to get me to have 3 additional services completed that had already been done within the last year super annoying as the dealership has all of my service records but tried to get me to buy these services anyway.. not sure why I keep going back

It started out well but deteriorated as the process moved forward. We were ready to pick it up on a Thursday but it was our salesman's day off. The front desk sent me to the GM's VM and I asked for help but never got a return call. I sent a text to the salesman and again, no response. I was finally informed on Friday that the Finance guy had a death in the family and no one else was authorized to close the deal and had to wait until Monday. There's more but I am running out of characters..

He always communicated effectively and calls before the cars done for me to head back to the shop. He is the main reason I drive to Enfield to get my car serviced!! Way better than Springfield!!!

The service department was polite and timely when greeting customers and it was quick and easy to make an appointment. I was told my appointment would be 2 hours or more and finished in about half the time. I gave 3 stars because I was very disappointed by the sloppiness and lack of care from the technicians. There were finger prints on my windows, the stickers they slapped on are all crooked and clearly the technician had eaten some sort of chocolate m&ms in my car and left crumbs in both doors

I received a $4500+ quote (more than the kbb value) stating that the transmission needed replacement when a simple clutch replacement did the job. I did not have this repaired at Lia. And to think I was considering a push, pull or tow trade-in for hundreds. Disappointing.
