Cars.comMy son and I were warmly greeted by Hunter Olsen when we walked in the door to see about purchasing a used car, after my prior car was totaled in a recent accident. He immediately made us feel confident by his manner, and his obvious experience in auto sales. His desire all along was to get me a vehicle to my liking, but at the same time, he was looking out for long term benefits he thought I could benefit from in whatever I decided on. Plus, he was very familiar with the used vehicles on the lot, and the features that might interest me. I am very pleased with what Hunter drew my attention to, without being pushy. He seemed very sincere. My son and I are very grateful for his assistance, and encouragement. I couldn't be happier with the vehicle I chose.

Cars.comLisa Caputo was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. She got back to us quickly with some registration issues and was very helpful solving them. We asked several times about auto loan rates and did not get an answer until we finalized the sale with the finance person. The dealership needs to be more up front with the loan rates at the beginning of the buying process. This is a big factor when making a decision about buying a car. The auto loan rates at the dealership are high and you can get better rates locally. This has nothing to do with Lisa and how she worked with us. Lisa Caputo did a great job and was a pleasure to work with!
