When I initially went to Lia Hyundai in Enfield CT, I was not planning on buying a car. My intention was to look at 4 used vehicles that were on the lot. I was approached by my sales associate Anthony Zalowski. He was very friendly, non aggressive , and accommodating. Long story short, Anthony eventually, helped get me into my first SUV ever! More importantly it was a vehicle that I could actually afford thanks to his price reduction offer. Anthony made the purchase of my vehicle seamless, and continues to be helpful to me anytime, whether I have questions regarding service or documentation issues, to tutorials on how to navigate the operating systems of my Tucson. I went to the dealership for a specific car that was advertised and I was approved through cargurus. Everything was fine except for the finalization of the paperwork and the financing. I don't like when they have you sign all the paperwork, and they email you a pdf file, The dealer fees are no fault of the salesperson so I can't hold him accountable for that which added onto the final price of the car which was different than I had been approved for through cargurus. I was pre-approved through my own bank. Yet they ran my credit report through 3 other banks. And didn't finance through the preferred bank that I gave them. 3 Hard Hits on my credit report and my payment was $6.00 higher. In the end, Luis was great communication between departments needs to improve.

I love Lisa! She was fantastic! This is a smaller Hyundai dealership but the people make all the difference. I found everyone to be so kind and relatable ( people’s people). They walked me through how to do everything and how everything worked in my car and helped me set… everything up. They didn’t just give me the keys and send me on my way. I will definitely buy my next car here.

New car purchase I visited Lia Hyundai in Enfield to potentially upgrade our family vehicle. I was greeted by salesperson Devan Petit. As I began to browse the vehicles in the lot. Devan politely introduced himself to me and asked if he could be of any… assistance at this time. I was already pretty positive of what I was looking for, make, model, features etc.. From that point forward he worked with me the rest of the way. Through trade in, pricing, vehicle features etc.... The process was seamless with no stress involved. Prices were fair. When my wife and I took delivery of the vehicle, it was detailed and full of gas. Devan went through all of features once again (extremely knowledgeable) and will be available if we have any questions or need any help in the future. This is our second purchase from Lia Hyundai of Enfield. Very happy.

Good and bad Good part was the oil change. It ran late from my apptmt time but I was notified by Michael Lockhart that they were backed up and running late with his apologies which was much appreciated. Bad part. I was informed that I desperately… needed new front brake pads and rotors for $600+ but I chose to wait. In going elsewhere to compare pricing, 2 mechanics stated that I did not need new brakes and if it was their car they would not replace at this time. One of the mechanics is a friend and he would not put me in harms way with faulty brakes. It left me feeling no trust in Hyundai’s Service mechanics.

Excellent Sales Support Joron Stimage-Norwood was my sales rep. A really great guy who make the whole evaluation and sales process easy for me. On my first trip to Lia Hyundai, all I wanted was a test drive the ionic. Within 3 minutes I had the keys in my hand and… he was taking me through a walkthrough of the features of the car before I got in. I told him I wouldn't be out very long and he said "don't worry, we don't close until 6:00. Just be back before then". After test driving the ionic, I then tried several other electric vehicles from other manufacturers. I liked the ionic so I went back again and asked for another test drive for my wife. Again same excellent response from Joron. As the whole negotiation process continued remotely, I never felt pressured to make a fast decision or buy an option that I did not want. In the end, I feel I got a good deal ($15,000 off the MSRP, 1.9% rate).

He explained all of the features in depth,and even set up our remote start on my phone. Being not very good a technology my wife… and I appreciated that very much.
