Just leased my 3rd elantra from Lia. Arrived at the dealer at 10:30 and returned to sign the lease and pick up the car at 4PM. Let me start by saying that car shopping has never been one of life's joys to me. But I have to admit that our experience at Lia Hyundai was quite pleasurable. Our sales consultant, Lisa Caputo, was the primary reason our experience went so smoothly. Lisa was very knowledgeable about the various models and the different option levels of the various vehicles. Lisa was also extremely patient in dealing with us - not just patient in terms of answering the many questions we asked but also very patient when she learned that our initial time horizon to purchase a vehicle was significant. I imagine that when most sales consultants learn that a potential customer does not anticipate making a purchase for 6 - 8 months, the consultant quickly loses enthusiasm and patience. But Lisa did not and she remained enthusiastic in her help. When all was said and done, various financial incentives shortened our time horizon to a few days and we are extremely satisfied with the vehicle we purchased and the care and service we were shown throughout the buying experience.

On my most recent visit to LIA Hyundai in Enfield, I was serviced by a trainee. Although he was new, he did everything perfectly. Had the computer system not been malfunctioning it would have been an absolutely seamless visit. Michael Lockard was courteous, attentive and competent.
