DealerRaterI bought a Santa Cruz from them 10 days ago and still havent been able to register it. Instead of properly handling the registration, they just swapped my old plates onto the new vehicle. I went back today to get answers, only to be told (after waiting 25 minutes) to come inside by a very rude staff member who then told me to leave when I questioned the process. I even had to call the police to confirm whether it was legal to drive with my old plates. On top of that, they charged me $700 in document fees, and now Im stuck covering registration and inspection costs out of my own pocket. This is absolutely shameful customer service. I would strongly advise others to think twice before doing business here.

He was genuine, professional, and respectful of time. He knew what I was interested in and did not try to hard sell anything. Carlos and Brian on the finance side of the house were also a pleasure to work with. Lastly, the gentleman who detailed my car (unfortunately I didn't catch his name) was incredibly talented. Everyone was straight forward and went above and beyond to guarantee a happy customer. They were able to turn deal breakers around with their creative solutions. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
