The Staff was pleasant to work with. Everyone was very knowledgeable about the car I purchased. It was a beautiful car with all the "bells and whistles" I was looking for. Now I just have to learn where everything is. Andrew (salesman) was enthusiastic about the car and was willing to work with me as needed. He said I could call anytime if I had a problem looking for a particular button to push. The Finance Manager spoke in a language I could understand. I enjoyed working with him.

Went in for brakes and an oil change. $1166.00 for back brakes and oil change. Was up charged for rotors and calipers that weren't needed without proper communication. Was told he forgot to call me and tell me about rotors. So never even got front brakes. Never checked my warrantee to see if anything was covered. They try to sell you services that are not necessary. That will be my last trip there. Will go elsewhere for my front brakes.

You have to get the right service agent/advisor. Most are good but not all. This time was good. Last summer I almost paid out $1,400- but held off. The statute of limitations hasn't run out yet both criminal and civil.

Aweful They never did what the cars main reason for a visit was, an inspection. I reached out thinking they maybe forefoot to put sticker on and no one has gotten back to me. I am never offered a rental which was part of my purchase price I will never buy another Infiniti again !
