So I received a flyer in the mail for a private event going on also offering a free target gift card and chance to win $5000.... so I decided to attend now mind you I had no intentions on upgrading my 2015 Infiniti QX60 .... Then I met Kevin Carhart!!! He was able work with me within my budget and I ended up having a very pleasant experience with Kevin. He was nice and very knowledgeable and most of all patient and answered all of my questions. and I did end up upgrading to a newer qx60 loaded with all the bells and whistles!!!! I've been buying cars for almost 40 years and have never enjoyed the experience, but that has all changed after my most recent purchase from Kevin Carhart at Lia Infiniti. Kevin was polite, accommodating and not pushy!. The whole process took less than 2 hours, with a few test drives, car, was ready for pickup the next day. He was very patient, and was willing to do anything in his power to ensure that I got the car and payment that I wanted. I wasn't even in the market for a new vehicle but Dawn Owens, who sold me a QX80 three years prior, followed up with me out of the blue and inquired about my interest in a 2017 model. My motivation was low but Dawn ran some numbers and offered a deal that I could not refuse. I picked up my new vehicle in a matter of days. As pleasant an automobile shopping experience that I've ever had.
