Purchased a 2024 QX60 with 15K mikes on it. Within the 1st 2 months, all 4 brake pads and one caliper has been replaced, with the vehicle being in the shop for 9 straight days. One month after that, all four rotors are shot, and they seem to not want to stand by the certified vehicle warranty that came with this 2024. I feel that the vehicle had inferior brake issues from the start, that were passed through and just put on the lot to sell. I went to an independent mechanic, that provided a quote of about $1200 to replace the 4 rotors. Unacceptable for a customer satisfaction, as communication is poor, and trying to get the company to correct the issue and pay for the inferior parts, is nothing but frustration. I have lost all trust and reliability with this dealership, and at a cost of $46,900 for a Certified Car is absolutely pathetic that they can sell a vehicle that has gone through a 167 point inspection, supposedly, and pass , then major parts fail within 3 to 4 months. Very concerning safety issues at hand, and costly as well. Done with this dealer.
