Sami Dawood welcomed me into the service area as soon as I arrived, and reviewed my expectations and concerns. When he had all the necessary information, he showed me into the lounge area, where I found refreshments, a television, and a quiet desk area to do some work and make phone calls. When my car was ready, Sami found me in the lounge area, described the maintenance that had been done and escorted me to the cashier. My car was washed and waiting for me at the closest and most convenient door. It was truly one of the least stressful, most pleasant service visits Ive ever had.

Had an early morning appointment at Lia Inifiniti for a power steering issue and met with Sami Dawood. Sami was terrific; he took his time and explained everything I needed to know and got the work completed and my car washed in a reasonable time. He made sure I was kept updated during the process. While I live quite a distance from Lia Infiniti (~50 miles) it was worth the drive and time spent to get the issues resolved.

Michael Bingham assisted us with getting a special order for a next day service. Our son was driving back to college and had a nail in his tire so we called and needed it changed asap. Michael told us we had warranty coverage, it was a special order but he would get it for the next day. And he did just that! We always have great service at Infiniti and this time was no different.

Replaced tire under warranty Michael Bingham assisted us with getting a special order for a next day service. Michael Bingham was great at telling me what needed to be done and at keeping me informed the whole time, but the actual service took much more time than it should have. What should have been done in about 30 minutes ended up taking more than 2 hours. Fortunately, the waiting area is pleasant enough, but the work should have been done sooner. 5 stars to Michael, but 3 for the waiting time.

Went to infinity in latham new york and met with Dawn Ownes. I had been car shopping for a while and looked at many cars. Dawn was very helpful hands on but not pushy. Tried to understand my needs. Once through the gauntlet of purchase there were 4 items to be addressed by the service team. Our experience with the hand off from Kevin Carhart who made the sale happen to the team in Sales was seamless. This is not always the case in busy dealerships. In our opinion having a customer centered approach made this transaction easier and the decision to purchase a vehicle here comfortable. Did not detail car as promised Purchased a 2022 QX60 with a protection package. I and my wife were told on multiple occasions during the test drive that the car would be thoroughly detailed, exterior buffed. Picked up the car in a rain storm so did not look closely but… the car appeared clean. Once I got it home realized that there was still grime on console, edges of seats, engine bay has never been cleaned since new, small buffable scratches in paint. Old wrappers and some french fries under seats. Sent an email to saleswoman and got no response. Would like to know how they applied protectant on dirty surfaces. They never would have put this car on the lot like this so its unacceptable to turn it over like this.

2021 JGCL Unlike the other dealerships I visited, Lia Infiniti made my experience the least stressful. Jake W was very reasonable and easy to work with. The team was able to work within the confines of my budget and most especially provide my the… trade in value for old vehicle that I was hoping for. Their responsiveness was great. Either through text, call, or email I was always responded too. Although there was/is some service opens that need to be addressed the team at Lia ensured me that it would be at no cost and that I could depend on their word and wrote such into my contract.
