DealerRaterWe recently had our Q50 serviced at Lia Infiniti. Our service advisor, Sami Dawood, is always very communicative, responsive and accommodating. We needed a loaner vehicle and he arranged it for us for the week it took for our car to be completed. We cant recommend Lia, and especially Sami enough!

DealerRaterI have a low mileage Q50, and my tech, Sami D'wood, arranged for a water pump replacement that was covered under warranty. On the day of the app't., he arranged to have me driven home and returned when the service was complete. I always try and work with Mr. Da'wood when it's time for a service app't. He is a most outstanding service representative!

DealerRaterI was working with Joey and he went above and beyond to help me find a specific car for my son. I ended up finding it through a private sale. When I told Joey this, he asked me for the VIN so he could make sure it was legit and clean for me. I thought that was so nice of him to offer, knowing he wasn't getting the sale.

The care they take when assisting you with your vehicle makes you feel like youre right at home. My favorite part is the complimentary vehicle washes! Or the shuttle service when dropping my vehicle off. And my absolute favorite is the drop of my vehicle to my front door when service is complete on vehicle!William Golden Always makes the process smooth. He listens to my concerns and addresses each one individually. Gives recommendations and is very knowledgable. He makes the process of servicing my vehicle fun and easy.
