The only reason I give 1 star is because there is no 0star. I ordred a part and supposed to pick it up at this location. When I checked on google Maps, it shows that they close at 7PM. I got here to the door at 6:00pm and saw him locking the door. I tried to talk to him and dude just flipped the middle finger and showed me his phone. He completely ignored me while I was there knocking the door. No respect to customers. Really disappointed 😞.

Monday (June 15th) evening again I had chance to meet KEN at Crown Mercedes sales to buy used vehicle for my family friend. Meeting KEN was not new, as me and my friends bought more than 12 cars through Ken in the past 15 years. As usual price issue never came first and did not spend that much time on that at all. Ken discussed the main differences when compared to other dealer listings (same model and year). Impressed with 100K miles warranty on used car. No beating in bush. Everything wrapped up in 15 minutes (which is rear when you are buying a car). MAIN REASON FOR OUR REPEATED TRANSACTIONS WITH CROWN AND KEN IS THAT THEY ARE THERE FOR US EVEN AFTER TRANSACTION, which is rear in current market. Strongly recommend KEN and CROWN, you won't be disappointed.

I just purchased my tenth Mercedes-Benz. The majority of them have been from Crown. Six or seven of them from the same sales person who is no longer at this dealership. When I began looking for my next vehicle, my good friend recommended Juan Hernandez as a a new sales person. I walked in, was greeted by a nice guy and told him I was looking for Juan. He said, “I am Juan.” I took it as a sign. Juan was fantastic. I had some vehicles I researched prior to my visit. He had a vehicle brought around and we took it for a drive. Two days later I picked it up and brought it home. Juan was so attentive, kind and made sure all my questions were answered and concerns were addressed. He took his time upon delivery to set my system up to recognize me. He helped with settings and made sure I could navigate the media screen with ease. Everyone was helpful, but Juan especially.
