Updated (evidently you can only have one review) - 7/12/2026 We just bought another E350 from Ken Stuart and the experience was just as amazing as in years past. Actually, even more amazing as the old 30 minute new car walk through is now a couple of hours of setting preferences and making adjustments, during which he was very patient and fantastically helpful. In this age of degenerating customer service is such a pleasure to deal with Crown and especially Ken who still treat their customers with respect. He even personally transferred my wife's beloved hood ornament from the 2015 E350 we were trading in to her new car. So now our relationship with Crown is nearly 30 years old and our Benz count is 10. Every thing in the review below is as true now as when I first wrote it, ten years ago. Original Review (2015) My wife and I bought our first new Crown Mercedes in 1996, beginning a relationship that would span eight new cars over twenty years. During that time we’ve consistently been impressed with each individual at Crown’s commitment to our comfort and trust. Whether it’s accommodating unusual scheduling for routine maintenance or handling a special request on a new order, we always feel as if we’re being taken care of by professionals that understand our needs. In October of 2010, my wife’s beloved C55 was rear-ended and totaled. Ken was there for her and got her into a new E350, quickly and with no fuss whatsoever. He was amazingly sensitive to the fact that she had lost a car that she really loved and was extremely responsive to her needs. In fact, he did such a fantastic job matching her to her new car that she’s still driving it today. Most recently Ken has been tireless in accommodating my requirements on a new SLK55 order. We’re a little ahead of the public facing marketing material on this one and Ken has gone so far as to call the factory, more than once, to verify my assumptions and answer my questions about the 2016 changes. I’m delighted in the effort he’s made to ensure that the car is exactly what I want and that there are no surprises in the build/delivery process. I honestly can’t imagine a better experience in buying or maintenance then we’ve enjoyed with Crown over these years. I wholeheartedly recommend them and I’m confident that your experience will be equally rich. 5 stars, would do again.

From the first phone conversation with Mark Elias, I knew this was not a typical car buying experience...it was the formation of a relationship. In my 56 years, I've bought a lot of cars... probably too many, but here I felt no pressure, only support and enjoyment. Professional, courteous, and confident are the impressions I got from Mark when we met to overview the vehicle. Going above and beyond, on the day of my appointment Jeff Stambaugh called me to introduce himself and welcome me, which shows once you engage, you have the support of an entire team. I didn't leave my first visit taking home a car, but that is only because Mark understood and listened to what my situation and needs were, and he offered zero pressure to make a decision. He just assured he would support my decision, be available to assist in any way, and work hard for my business! Now I'm not sure I'm getting my next car because of the car, or to just do business with Mark, Jeff and the team!
