He has consistently provided excellent professional, helpful, and reliable interaction, making sure that I have a loaner , if needed, and prompt and efficient quality care for the vehicle. Will buy my next vehicle from Crown, due in significant part to Dave’s capable work.

Cars.comI had an exceptional experience with the team at Crown Mercedes Dublin. Everyone demonstrated the highest degree of professionalism and made me feel genuinely valued and appreciated. In the absence of my initial contact and salesman, Mark Alias. He thoughtfully made arrangements for me to work with Corbin Dennis, who was extremely capable and helpful. Although I was somewhat undecided, Corbin never pressured me to make a decision. Instead, he gave me the time and space to think everything through, which ultimately led to a decision I'm extremely happy with. I was also introduced to Sales Manager Conor Maguire, who was personable, reassuring, and professional throughout the process. The entire team made what can be a stressful purchase feel comfortable and straightforward. Lastly, a shout-out to Bryant Monroe, the Finance Manager, who was also professional, approachable, and down-to-earth. He took the time to explain every aspect of the financing clearly and recommended an option that saved me money on my insurance. I am especially happy about that. Thanks, all! Shedrick

Cars.comI’ve been dealing with this dealership for 29 years now 19 cars because of the great service center that’s always been provided to me at Crown. Mercedes-Benz of Dublin. My service advisor Dave Kohler represents the brand with exceptional professional quality. Dave has always explained to me why my car needs what it needs and how we’re gonna fix it which makes me very comfortable when it comes to the cost to fix high-end cars. I want to thank the Service Center along with Mr. Seth Kinniard who oversees the service center. Your dealership is only as good as your Service department. Like Mercedes states it is or it isn’t.
