Christine Yarris recently sold us a car at Crown Eurocars of Dublin, Ohio. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and not a pressure sales person. We love our car and may very well buy our next car from Crown Eurocars. Thank you Christine . . .Scott & Rebecca

Worst dealership I've experienced. Lied to me and my girlfriend when we went here to buy a 2024 used SUV for her. I asked them to do an oil change before she signed her papers, they said all used cars are done before they go out on the lot. I looked under the car for the next oil change all Philips head screws on the skid plate were stripped and couldn't get them loose. I called them and asked if they would cover it thinking they were the ones who stripped them out at its "last oil change". Jared and Dan, both of the salesmen, then told me they never did the oil change for that car specifically. The battery also was trash, low voltage and that car has died multiple times. The tires are also almost useless, due to lack of rotation, the shape of the tires is cupped. I will never recommend buying another car from this dealership. If I wasn't concerned for my review being taken down, I'd exercise my first amendment right on colorful language further in this review.
I know I told Dan ( Sales person ) which vehicle I didn't want and the experience I had over 7 years ago with a dealership and he assured me he would take very good care of me. Dan did just that he played on my emotions by using emotional manipulation and high-pressure tactics. There was also information that should have been disclosed about the vehicle I traded in and the one I purchased. I truly believed in this person as he comes off as your best friend, at the end of the day its all about winning your trust and not being transparent about the vehicle you traded in and the one purchased. with everything going on I should have never let him play on my emotions and should have never purchased the vehicle and lost the one I traded in. Mine was paid off and looked almost brand new ( 2024 ) and did not get what I should have as a trade in value. Then we found out that the 2024 that we purchased from them 2 years prior they never took the taxes off as we are taxed exempt. They took us for almost 4,000. I should have walked away before it got as far as it did , but when you have a great manipulator for a salesman you want to believe they truly care about their customer. Needless to say, they lost a repeat customer and I hope and pray that no one experiences the high pressure I did . Make sure you do your homework and remember they are doing fancy footwork to because its all about commission, not the customer. And Seth in customer service did us very wrong as well , Do not ever take your car their to get it detailed and take care of a few speaks of hair dye. Seth will seriously overcharge you!!! and then be nasty to you!!!

I have been a Benz Club member and owner for over 25 years and this dealership was the worst experience of my life. Bought a car at the end of December and it has taken 3 months to get all the promised items resolved
Not really in chronically order but I have owned a E55, S55, CL65, S65, CLs55 and probably other AMG cars I care to forget. While searching for fun little toys, Golf R, Corolla and Focus I stumbled on the GLA45AMG. It is a fun little car and Crown had one well spec'd that filled my needs. My initial conversation with Mason Mulford was brief with no follow up. My second interaction with Christina was Fabulous and answered all my questions. Shortly after me agreeing to paying full ask price I was transferred to their FI manager, Christie Casey. During all my communication with all three parties I asked about a second key.... All correspondence was ignored. When searching CPO certified cars I assumed a second key was included. Ya know what happens when you assume? I emailed on December 9, 2025 to cancel my extended warranty which was ignored twice. I did not receive any correspondence until I sent a UPS and USPS letter requesting the cancellation. Be careful with this dealership. document everything. Walk into the transaction knowing they do not care about you. update. as I complained to MB, I was informed on 12-18-25 that I would receive a second key. Since I am out of the country I monitor my deliveries and have not received a second key as of yet.
I recently took our 2022 GLC300 in for a oil change only. I declined any A or B service or recommended tires at this time. This must have ruffled some ones feathers. Several days later I discovered my car now has a oil leak. I had the leak repaired at a local shop. Save your time and money. Crown Eurocars of Dublin Service Dept. isn't a good bank for your buck. A bunch of very rude misfits. You can sit in your car for a longtime, no one comes to help! The attitude is like they give you their cars for free. Don't go there!
my new car was less than one year old. Needed differential repair. Seth the head of service there refused to honor the warranty and wanted me to pay over $10,000 to repair, Had the audacity and arrogance to suggest my new car I purchased from their dealership, which was never out of my possession and had zero sign of any water damage, had been substantially submerged. What a bold face lie. Took my Car to Germain and found out there was a MB issued service bulletin on the known issue and they (Germain) repaired and honored the warranty. Deal with Crown Mercedes of Dublin and Seth/Service at your own risk. Complete crooks and stereotypical of the worst of car dealerships!

Anyone interested in purchasing a high quality vehicle stop in and ask for Dan Broshkovski at Crown Eurocars in Dublin Ohio !! Dan is the most knowledgeable and professional saleperson I have every dealt with !! His personality and attention to satisfy the needs of customers is amazing an so refreshing when your in the market to purchase a vehicle.
Only recommend them if you have a service warranty. They will rip you off by misdiagnosing than charge you to raise the hood. Front end suspension noisw they said was bad shocks $2700 plus keeping car 3 days to order parts. Advisors get paid for work by commission. I didn't have any warranty on 2012. They gave me loaner when i mas appoint to inspect issue. Noise in front end still there ans their mechanics are suppose to know inside and out on these cars. I was told they can not program my 2nd key eventhough " it will unlock door it didnt belong to this car". I will never use them unless I get a recall notice that will cover parts ans labor. 236 per hr. Is ludicris!
My husband and I just purchased our second car at this dealership and we could not be more thrilled. We worked with Dan Boshkovski and I cannot think of enough good things to say about him. He was thoughtful, thorough, and attentive throughout the process and made sure all of my questions were answered and all of the details were seen to. Everything was seamless. I'd like to give an additional thanks to Aaron in financing who made sure we got all of the added packages that we needed when we wrapping up. I know that we will continue to purchase additional vehicles here in the future.

Seth reached out to rectify, communication improving - glad to see and hear this is something they cared about

We have been working with Bill Stevenson for over 3 years and our experience has been outstanding. He has always listened & responded to our questions quickly & provided continuous, exceptional service. We never felt pressured or rushed while going from our lease to a purchase and the process was transparent & seamless. We will continue our relationship with Crown, because of Bill!

I would give zero stars if I could! I wish I could give back the GLB I just purchased and get my CLA back. I'm highly disappointed and disheartened. I was told the GLB was certified preowned and less than a few days later it's in for major service because the coolant pump was shot and a few other electrical parts needed replaced. I just purchased this car!! By the time I get it back they'll have had it for a week and a half. I was told maybe it would be done by Wednesday. That doesn't sound like anyone knowledgeable certified my GLB. They definitely sold me on some BS. The GLB was at less than 10k miles off the lot. I've lost all sense of trust and feeling of pride... I feel more like a sucker and that I was taken advantage of. I want my car back but dealers have no integrity anymore.. I'd say use caution when considering this dealership. I feel taken advantage of for sure.
I purchased winter tires and rims from them for my 2021 Mercedes GLS53 on December 17th 2021, I was told at time of purchase that they would arrive in 2 weeks. After two weeks I followed up on the status and was told the tires would ship shortly. On January 7th, two tires did show up. I followed up on the status of the other two tires, and was told with in the next week the tires would be there. By late January I followed up again on the tires, and was told there was a backorder issue and that the tires would arrive by mid February. The tires still had not arrived by late February so I followed up again, was told they should be there in a few weeks. Then the first week of March I followed up to be sure they were coming and was told that the tires were now out of season and not available. From there nothing. I had already paid for the tires in full in December of 2021, and then March of 2022 they were out of season and they could not get them. Being they are a Mercedes dealer, I was under the impression that they understood that you need all four tires to make them functional that they would refund me my money or work to get me the missing tires. Crown choose to do neither, it appeared that it was my fault for buy-ing the tires in December and again my fault for trusting them and there information. I would not recommend them for anything based on my experience. I may be a one of situation, but based on what I have seen, it appears to be more of an MO than a one off event
Buying a new car can be such an exciting yet unsettling time. It's no small purchase; and when the world of cars isn't your wheelhouse, sharing that it is intimidating and scary feels like an understatement. That all being said, I could not have had a more Grade-A, Five-Star, Gold-Medal, 1st-Rate, Expectations-Exceeding experience with Melisa, C.J., and Rich at Crown Mercedes Dublin. I worked with Melisa (one S because she's extra special like that) Greenberg and any and all compliments I attempt to yield her way could just never do her justice. She is smart (both EQ and IQ!), helpful, friendly, transparent, realistic, warm, strong, informative, trustworthy, dedicated, kind, patient, and the list goes on and on. She is exactly the type of person you want by your side during this process. I cannot sing her praises enough. It was truly a gift from the universe to have had the privilege to work with her. Additionally, C.J. Sexton in the finance/check-out/paper-signing department (I know so little about cars that I don't even know what this portion of the process was truly called, but this is the name I've given it in my head) is also an absolute gem. He is painfully intelligent (his mental math was awe-inducing), absolutely hilarious--a trait I value to lighten the doses of reality as thousands of dollars flee my bank account with EarlyBird Check-In--and patient over pushy. He, too, is yet another member of the all-star cast from my purchasing experience. And last but not least, I must close out this review with a nod to the manager, Rich Renner. It's crystal clear that he wants his customers to be happy, and he did just that. I am thankful for his willingness to work with me. He's a listener over a talker...a skill I wish more of us possessed. He was a big part in my perfect experience from start to finish. Crown Mercedes Dublin, you're doing things right! *Note--after reading other reviews, I think it's important to add that as a member of two historically-marginalized groups, being both female and Muslim, I did not experience any misogyny or Islamophobia from Mel, C.J., or Rich. I in no way, shape, or form mean to deny other people's lived experiences; I just wanted to share mine in this space. I actually discussed being both female and Muslim and the unique perspectives that brings to life with Mel, C.J., and Rich, and they were amazing--Mel even chatted me up about the lunar calendar, something she is very knowledgeable about. I also showed up last-minute on a Friday without an appointment and was greeted promptly as if I were royalty by both Rich and Mel (C.J. was likely in his office doing his thing, crunching away at numbers!)--and I was in Crocs, jeans, and an oversized Amazon tee/sweater combo. after a long day at work! Again, sharing this is not meant to invalidate others; it's just to provide an additional perspective so that potential customers could weigh this in as well when considering a visit to Crown Mercedes.
Has your Benz broken down while driving your family over 3200 miles cross country from San Francisco to Boston in the middle of a snow storm? (The trip on my Benz actually covered over 5,000 miles including the return leg.) If so, you'd understand the vulnerability and stress that brings especially when the same thing happened a few years ago and cost me over $26,000 and over 3 months to have the car shipped home. That was a few years back, unlike my horrific nightmare then, this time Crown Eurocars and the staff particularly Brian Tassinari, were extremely professional and did not take advantage of my vulnerable situation. They not only took care of my car promptly and professionally, but also addressed the problem precisely, instead of making unnecessary repairs. We arrived back home safely; and the car is still running smoothly and gives about 600 miles per tank after several months!. I have taken my cars to a dozen Benz and BMW dealerships in California, but you are one of the best! You cannot put a price to safety and peace of mind. Thank you Brian and the staff of Crown Eurocars in Columbus, Ohio for your honesty, integrity and exceptional work!
1 time I had a situation with a repair when I took my 550 in when I called and told them they sent out a rental and picked up my 550. Fast forward now I have another Benz GLK Micheal Lyons has been so professional each time they follow Covid protocol. My car is repaired and service has been great!
My future in-laws drove into town and realized their Mercedes key fob battery was low. Travis in parts couldn't have been more pleasant in directing us to the dealer via the phone, and promptly and professionally took care of the issue! Do not hesitate to use this location for your Mercedes needs!
Made a recall appointment 4 weeks ahead of time. Took the day off work and drove 1.5 hours to drop car off. 2 hours later I'm notified they didn't order all the parts and they need my car for 4 more days. They had my Vin number and the recall info to order parts for 4 weeks and couldn't get it done. I couldn't leave my car for 4 more days 1.5 hours from home. The entire time I was dealing with the service manager who obviously has no idea how to run a service department. I will never step foot in crown again. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!
Most racist dealership I've ever been to in my life. I came here a few weeks ago looking to purchase a vehicle and possibly test drive. There was a Porsche and Tesla parked next to my little inexpensive vehicle. The salesman literally came outside, looked at the expensive vehicles, then at my car, then at the expensive vehicles and immediately started helping them. I walked around the lot for about 30 min with no other salesman in sight. More people arrived in expensive cars and, once again, Immediately another salesman came outside and started assisting them, never acknowledging me walking around in the cold for the past 30 min. From what I've heard, Dublin is not a good place for minorities or those from diverse backgrounds. This confirmed what I've heard over the years. I ended up going to Mercedes Benz of Easton. Their service was excellent and I was tended to as I was exiting my vehicle. I will NEVER go to MB Dublin again neither will I refer anyone here. Go somewhere else where you're catered to as a purchaser and where the dealership and it's employees value their customers. *UPDATE: After reading the review from the dealership, I would rate them a ZERO. The only disservice is that instead of you admitting that your dealership is racist, you chose to point the finger at the customer. How inappropriate and RUDE. My review was not the only one to share concerns about discrimination at this dealership and I'm sure it won't be the last. I hope more people read these reviews before providing this dealership any kind of service.

Very impolati. Raises custumor service. Melisa sales manager very rood and impolait and raises
Terrible sales experience. Save your time and visit the Easton location, 100% better in every aspect. They valued my trade in at 14,500 went to Easton and got 17,500. Sad thing is we were only 2900 from a deal. Ended up getting a car for my wife as well while at Easton, lost out on two sales.
I do not recommend this dealership, based on my personal experience. Oh well, I took my business elsewhere and acquired two new Mercedes Benz ( CLS and GT 4 door) vehicles this past calendar year. The response from Crowne is laughable and does not paint the entire picture of my terrible experience. As mentioned, I acquired two brand new vehicles this past year and will never step foot in or recommend their dealership. Their subpar reviews speak for themselves.
When I walked in no one greeted me. After 10 mins of walking around finally someone walks over to me. I told the rep I'm here to checkout the s class coupe which they only had one. The sales rep didn't even try to show me the inside or was helpful getting more info. Just told me where it was. So I wanted to compare the coupe and the 4 door. When asked about the 4 doors sales rep showed me to the door and pointed where it was. So again I was by myself checking out the 4 door just looking at the body..... I walked over to the coupe to see if someone will come out and show me why I should take it home. But again no one was helpful or came out. NO ONE came out to check or try to sell me this car. I guess it wasn't meant to be. The sales rep didn't even take my info. I will never come back. I wanted to add Benz to my collection but it won't be from here. On the positive note they do have beautiful cars inside.
I purchased my vehicle from crown Mercedes with no problem. As the car aged, it had problems, not the fault of the crown dealership but the declining craftsmanship or the Mercedes brand over the years. This was my fifth and last Mercedes. I passed it on to my son and bought myself an American car. Now, for my issue with Crown Mercedes Service department. Twice, while my car was left in the care of crown for maintenance, it was returned to me with broken items inside the cabin. The first time it was returned to me with TWO broken head rests. If you are not familiar with a broken head rest in a Mercedes, it's basically when they blow out due to a crash and no longer offer protection. This was after I owned the vehicle for 5 years and never had an accident. I can't say what they did, but my car was returned to me with both head rests completely apart. Fast forward four years and I needed new air bags. They replaced the air bags, but my glove box now falls all the way down to the floor upon opening. No slow open like before, nothing like that. It is more like it's just hanging on and when you open it, it just flings open and hangs 180 degrees down like a swing, swaying back and forth. Nice job The car has 88,000 miles on it. I have rebuilt the transmission already. Something they told me would cost $12,000, it cost me $3500 with a transmission specialist. They also misdiagnosed the problem, but I know transmissions are tricky. I do not recommend servicing any of your cars here, and if you do service an older vehicle, remember your parts are valuable. Take video footage of the inside before dropping it off to prove if they have broken anything. I hate that our world is all about greed and not about taking care of each other.
Today I met with Dave Kohler (Assistant Director) to establish a service relationship for my new Mercedes-Benz Sprinter chassis. He was very helpful and spent about an hour with me to answer my questions. I was very impressed. Bill Stevenson (Certified Sales Associate) was also extremely helpful in acquainting me with the dash features (and the vehicle didn't even originate at Crown!). I appreciate the assistance that both of these men gave me and intend to use Crown for my future service needs!!
Very bad service. Did not even bother to wash my car. They said they inspect things after a B service but... the speaker is not working, the car smells like burning oil since I got it. They only mentioned the recommended Mercedes services for the miles that are on the car. I doubt they inspected anything. I'm going to Easton next time.
Konstantin Chumak worked with me in getting my new MB car, he is so very helpful, and took care of me so well. strongly recommend him for any consultation of your car.
Dave Kohler consistently goes above and beyond to offer exceptional service. He makes scheduling service easy and convenient. He clearly explains what work needs to be done and why, also advising of other service needs that will be coming up on subsequent appointments. He is very knowledgable and I trust his judgment. Highly recommend scheduling service visits with Dave.
